This is a concept I've been introduced to on Menewsha and had a lot of fun with before I let myself get distracted. So I'm 'stealing' the idea and bringing it here since several of us so far are artists of some sort. :3
The premise is simple: Your post must have an image you drew yourself, in relation to the conversation at hand.
Anyone of all skill levels is welcome to join in the fun. If you can only draw stick figures in MS Paint or an oekaki board, then draw us some stick figures. :3 This is not really a place for pieces of work you've slaved over - this is for doodles and sketches. So relax and have fun.
1) The image cannot include "graphic" nudity, violence; etc.
Cartoon nudity without "naughty bits" is fine, like Bugs Bunny and so on. Use censor bars otherwise. Same for graphic violence.
2) The image must be one you have drawn yourself.
Don't borrow someone else's artwork. Just head over to an oekaki board or use the graphics program that came with your computer and upload the file to Tinypic or Photobucket or something. No one will care if it's not the best piece of art ever.
3) A post must include a picture.
You can write all the words you want if you think your handwriting is a mess (I know mine is). Just make sure that you also include a picture, even if it's of a stick figure looking the most stick figure-ish ever drawn, provided it relates to the conversation.
4) You may recycle artwork in moderation.
I don't feel like drawing every day either, so if you have a picture you've drawn that fits with the topic, you can use that instead. But just don't keep posting the same picture over and over. Draw new things too, please.
5) Art must be in reference to either the conversation at hand or starting a new line of conversation.
Goes hand-in-hand with #4 - the picture should go with the text. If we're talking about cars, you could draw a car, or someone holding car keys or eating a tire - whatever you want. But if we're talking cars, unless you're changing the subject with, "I'm not into cars, so does anyone like to dance?" you probably shouldn't post a picture of a ballerina.
I expect this thread to die from time to time. That's okay. :3 Revive it with a new topic or continue an old one whenever you want. The point is to have fun, not make the thread into a chore. It's okay to come back a few days later when you feel more like doodling. :3

I couldn't help but join in, this is my kind of place.
And I hope you have not a single still moment.
Sharkcat isn't feeling too hot today. Apparently I spent too long at the store and my allergies are all sorts of pissed off. Will be drinking a lot of tea and flopping around in my chair staring at the screen trying to motivate myself to do something (anything). :P May even resort to allergy meds, which had me napping off and on the whole evening. =_=

Gives you a hug and hopes you'll feel better soon. (Sorry for the really bad picture... I'm new to this and can only use MS Paint. :/ )
Sharkcat likes hugs and kind thoughts, thank you very much. :3
And the picture is cute! I like MS Paint pictures. I don't know why, but I do. xD

Be careful with those meds!
