A school for shapeshifters of any age and ability to train their skills and to prepare them for the world. It also teaches core subjects like math and science. They have students who can barely talk and students who are older than the teachers. Some are even animals in their born shapes.......
Shashifter University is an accepting place for all students showing ability. HOwever, those that know of it sometimes see it as an opportunity, and sometimes as a thing to destroy. Many who visit have hidden agendas, although some are for the better.
Rules
1) No godmodding 2) No killing unless the other player allows it. Noble sacrifices are always allowed. 3) If unable to continue playing characters will be taken over by another character or killed, whichever the creator chooses, unless the plot demands one or the other occur. 4) Players can morph into mythical creatures, but they must remember that these will be highly visible and will draw attention most likely. Background
Types of shapeshifters:
Limited Species- Can only shapeshift into certain species, genus, or classes. For instance, they may only be able to turn into birds.
Specialists- Usually concentrate on a single body part, like arms or faces.
Unlimited Species- Can transform into any species, however they're better at some than others, so some are more convincing.
Type Shifters: Only shift into certain types, such as flyers or water creatures.
Size limited: Can only shift into similaqrly sized creatures. Not so much a type as a limitation, generally from inexperience.
Gender limited: Can only shift into their own gender. Occasionally limited to a single gender for certain species, that may not be their own.
Object: Rare, and such objects usually retain a mute sort of consciousness. Robots, computers and such easiest.
Plant: Rare, but some can transform into plants, although it's rarely the only type they can do.
Contact Shifter: Have to touch the object they're transforming into. Fairly rare, but not unknown.
Note that these aren't always mutually exclusive, so your shifter can have more than one type.
