Fence Area

Two man in a black suit slowly walk closely to another man in fancy and gold-colored outfit. Those three wear the same thing in their face--an anonymous mask. The gold-colored outfit wearer looked up at the sky. It's dark blue, and many black cloud close half of the sky.
"How many days?" the gold-colored outfit wearer whispered in a tiny voice. One of the cloud already changing place, presenting the crescent moon. "Long..." he sighed.
"Sir Gold, I feel a presence near the area," one og the man in black suit reported.
"Check it." the man he called Sir Gold reply in a strict voice.
One of the man in black suit disappeared, and after a few minute, he came back. "He is one of the child in the South Area. 13 years old, attending the Nusa Middleschool, and had a bad grades," the man reported again.
"List him to one of the participant," Gold said it with joy. "How many participant we got?"
"Currently, 14."
"And the last one is that boy?"
"Yes."
"List him as a player."
"Understood."
Gold head shakes elegantly. He walked to one of the trees that surrounding him, and suddenly his body lift up to the branches. His eyes immediately look at the sky, again. Then he started sing.

Let's celebrate the coming of the Golden Moon
Let's search the winner, because the princess maybe there
Let's dispose those who aren't even worthy in the festival,
And let the other participants suffer from the festival
