The camera aims directly at Commissioner Cole who is about to start a speech.
"5 seconds." says a gentlemen beside the cameraman who looked rather serious about his job.
"You're on the air."
Matthew rubbed his outlaw mask and then pulled it down only to start a lengthy speech.
"Hello San Paro. This is your commissioner Matthew Cole to announce of a break in at the San Paro PD by one or many of the G-kings. We have evidence that is was them and we are therefore authorizing raids on members of the organization who has broke into our major police department in an attempt to grab evidence to use against Mayor Jane Derren." He then takes a deep breathe and continues his speech which you hear an enthusiasm and slight hatred in his voice. "We expect a massive casualty rate on both sides as the G-Kings are a big organization and have the funds from robbing many helpless citizens of San Paro. We however feel this will cut a good supply of men from them after we raid em a few times."
Matt diverts his eyes to the man behind the camera holding up his hand which shows one minute and then looks back at the camera to continue to his speech.
"This cut of men will surely affect them and will give us a good hold on the crime population of their gang. I surely hope every citizen has gotten this message and will see that they do their part in stopping these gentlemen. Goodnight San Paro."
The camera stops recording him and he walks out of the studio. Matt opens the door and walks out to head towards the main headquarters to brief his troops.

Matthew Cole had gotten out of his car to look up at what was his department. He had complete control and noticed that the building which he is working in looked more like an evil dictators private house than anything due to the eery look but he had not minded it and thus walked straight inside the building to see his troops standing at attention as he entered. He stopped in the middle of them and turned towards the crowd of both veterans and recruits to the force and then began to open his mouth and speak in a very strong demeanor.
"Troops! This is the day we show them G-Kings to not mess with the citizens of this city! We are one but a few but we are here to defend the rights of these people! Not only are for fighting for ourselves but also for those who have yet to be born! Lets show that we can uphold the law and more!" You could see a seriously angry expression on his face as he spoke much like one of the countries president named LBJ. However, he didn't sound like a countrymen.
"We are here to show that you don't try to mess with us! Just die before us! Lets move!" He said as angrily as ever as his troops made their way to the police parking lot and got into their vehicles one by one. Cole would be watching all of them go and also make sure that the raid goes successfully from his cruiser.

James looked at the television to see the commissioner give a message to all of San Pero. He had little idea that they'd get caught and had been trying his hardest to train his men in advanced combat for making sure that there was surely no witness to anything the G-Kings had done. This had incited a fire and it was surely going to incite the gang to fight hard. He got up of his chair and had begin to assemble the gang to prepare for an onslaught by the notorious SPPD with help from the Prentiss Tigers and Praetorians.
