    Not sure you read up on the type of roleplays yet, so I figured I would point out that the options I gave you are for the Full-featured roleplays. The ones that are tab-based (I'm showing an example). The other option is the regular thread-based roleplays (again, I just picked an example).

    I think the best way to go about understanding the site is to really just explore around. With time, you'll really come to like what WTFRPG has to offer. It's super organized, which is great if you ever want to take on a GM role.

    I might be able to help you out there.

    There are actually two ways to go about making a character. The first is probably the easiest. You just pay a visit to the Character Pool/New Character tab (I went ahead and linked it for you). You just fill out the fields and hit submit when done. Now, if by any chance you want to move said character into a roleplay, you simply click on the character and click the "Join Roleplay" option (it's near the top of the character profile). You then will have to type in the roleplay you wish to join (it'll auto-fill the rest in once you get the words started).

    The other options is to straight-up join a roleplay. I'm going to do some shameless self promoting. Ha ha. Let's say you're interested in joining my roleplay, An Unwritten Campfire Horror. You will have the option of creating a character but looking under the Character Tab. You'll also notice that OOC, Journals, Game World, etc. are all options. In the Character Tab, you select the New Character option.

    Some roleplays require character approval, so you might want to select the option of a PM for approval. You don't have to, though. But it's encouraged.
