I have looked around the rules and to see if it was posted anywhere else, but here is my question...
When creating a character, is it alright to use images for said character that aren't yours? For example, from photobucket?
If it's not allowed, I don't have issues with that... I just wanted to make sure that it is alright before I went ahead and did it. Since I noticed not many people use images for their characters.
And I hope you have not a single still moment.
I don't have a problem with it as long as you don't claim the artwork as yours if it's not.
In an ideal world, you'd credit the original artist(s) somewhere, but sometimes you've found the file second-hand and have no idea who to credit. I'm an artist myself, and the only thing that pisses me off about my artwork being reused is the obvious about other people making money off of it, claiming it as theirs, or altering/tracing it and claiming the work as theirs. xD; It's all good-faith and generally fair use, I believe.

Well, I can promise that it's all in good faith and if I can credit the creator I will! Thank you for the help.
And I hope you have not a single still moment.
You're very welcome. ;3
