I find myself so anonyed by people who don't understand basic statistics when it is their *&^#$*&ing job to understand basic statistics. They make my job 12x harder. I generally write my reports so a high schooler could understand them. Apparently, this is too advanced for some people and I need to dumb it down more. Tables, graphs and bullet points was apparently too complex.
*MATH RAGE*
When people make it mandatory that you post within a certain timeline and, should you not, you automatically get kicked from the story. It sucks because there are so many good roleplays out there that I want to join but won't because I know I'll get kicked out in a heartbeat. Yeah, I get that you can post in the OOC "Oh I'll be gone," but that gets annoying as hell and it's even more annoying to read all the time. I like it when the rules read, "Try to post at least once a week, but, if you're not present for a period of time I have the right to move your character along."
I suppose this caught have gone under pet peeves, too. But whatevs. XD
When I feel like everyone at my work is in some kind of bitch fight, and people are taking sides and whispering and complaining about one another.
I work in a department full of women... so... yeah. I guess that's an excuse, but it's kind of annoying. I'd just like to come in, work for my allotted time and then leave. Not walk in and cautiously swim about the tension until I can finally leave.

Ewww. That sucks. Any reason why they're being all catty and side-picking? I'm glad I'm not in an all female position, but I do know what you're going through. Last week that happened in the customer service department. The air was thick enough to cut. ><;
Having allergies that just absolutely want to end you. I feel absolutely miserable, and I can't go home because I'm not running a fever. ._.
I honestly am not to sure, since I don't ask. But even when I don't ask... some people still feel the need to tell me. I'm pretty sure most of my co workers don't like the new department manager. I dunno why, she seems nice. But then again, I've only been there a month or so. The "leader" (if you want to call it that, really she is just an associate who talks to everyone like she's a manager) of the associates has different opinions on how the department should be run compared to our boss. They keep butting heads. And aside from that, miniature bitch fights keep popping up where people are complaining about what so and so said, or what blah blah did. Like seriously my house smells like something died. And had babies that also died, while being already dead, and then add a rotten fish on top of it.

I hate writer's block when you have this freaking amazing idea, but you don't know how to word it right to make it sounds awesome. Its like that for me with drawing as well right now! Last week I was all like "DRAW DRAW DRAW" and no one could stop me! -sigh- /end rant
