Two days off in a row. Because the first one, you can do all of those things you didn't necessarily want to do but have to do on your days off. And then the second one you can just do whatever you feel like!

Coffee with real whipped cream in it is so spiffy. When you whip the cream and then dollop it into the coffee and it gets all frothy on the top as the whipped cream melts into the coffee. Decadent!!

I was sitting with some of my work mates - who are in some kind of pit of "ugh" that seems to drag them down every day - they were going back and forth with bits about how basically "everything sucks" and I just sat there (quietly) eating my bag of chips. I really had nothing to say. There wasn't anything I could complain about. And in that moment of awkwardness, all I could say was "Do you guys want some chips?". I realized then that I have no reason to complain ever. And being one to emotionally flip flop when overtired or overheated I feel I need to write this not only to fit with the theme of this thread, but to go back and look at in case I momentarily forget all that I really have.
And another thing for my own benefit, I'm going to write it... as if I'm speaking to my bummy self.
"Alright, let's start from the beginning. How did you wake up today? Oh, that's right! In the arms of someone who woke up hours before you did in order to go work hard and make money for your futures sake. Because let's admit it now, you've been with him for almost five years, he's not going anywhere anytime soon. Not only that, he probably got your immobilized whiny butt a cup of coffee before going off for the day too - accompanied by a pat on the head.
Now that you've had your coffee and are awake enough to roll out of bed you can do many things! Considering the fact YOU HAVE MORE MATERIAL SHIT THAN YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH. (And quite frankly, I'm surprised it all fits in the house.) You could play one of the hundreds of games over there, or play that fancy guitar over there, or draw in that neat all purpose sketch journal? But more than likely, you'll sit your butt at that computer worth more than your life. But not only will you derp around on the internet, you will go to your little "home" on the internet. WTF. Yeah, that website you absolutely adore? The place where you've made strong bonds with people you've never met in person. Yeah, that place!
You have the time to write, you have the time to chat away with whomever, you have the time! Take advantage of it! If you are saying you don't have the time - it's because you aren't using your time well enough. You always have time. Sure, maybe not four hours of solid ass-sitting time like you're used to ya bum! But you still have time.
For this rant's sake, let's say you venture out of that little apartment upstairs you have and hang out in the rest of the house. Hello Dad who let's me live here for free! So what if you have to watch the kids most of the time? They are six and seven now! They are barely a hassle. Hello Mary who randomly spoils you all the time and buys you more shit you probably don't need, but want! And Hello little bro and sis who unconditionally love the crap out of you and think you are the snazziest thing in the world.
Oh, is it hot? Is that why you are a ball of whiny crankiness? GO IN THE POOL. Yeah, the pool. The one Dad bought because you simply said "We should get a pool." SO SPOILED. Or maybe just go back and hide in your room with the fancy new air conditioner. The one Dad bought because the one YOU bought SUCKED and he didn't want his little girl to overheat.
Do you have to work? Is that the problem? Well, it shouldn't be! You fold clothes, answer phones and hang up clothes. WHAT THE HELL IS SO HARD ABOUT THAT? Nothing. You just are used to sitting on your bottom. You work with a group of crazy yet fun girls... and every manager loves you. Even the grumpy people who are known for hating everyone give you a smile. You probably only have to work eight hours anyway. Get over it butt head, and do your job! At least you aren't a cart pusher at the grocery store!
Feeling lonely? If it is because he's at work, just realize that you guys have been saving up an insane amount of money recently and only half a year more of this until you can have enough for a comfortable place in the city. Is it because Princess is gone? It's for valid reason, and you know that goof will show up sometime - even if it takes a while - you know your on someone's mind. You know if you're lonely you have many people to call, text, message, visit or whatever.
But most importantly understand that, if you are ever in a shitty mood. It's probably YOUR FAULT. Because you have the means to make any day an AMAZING one. So do it! "

When you get something heavy off your chest. And all your friends know you're in a horrible mood and then, out of nowhere, they come to your aid. Friends, they are the best thing ever. I cannot live without them. They are seriously the only thing that keeps me calm and sane. So yeah, I guess this just turned into a shout out of sorts. Or at least I'm going to make it be. So here I go...

Reading Schiz's beautiful post about being thankful for things. Its great to see people being happy with their lives especially when so many are not.
And the third thing thats awesome:
Having awful expensive car problems when you're two and a half hours away from your family and you have no real income because you're a full time student, but your dad still helps you take care of it and pays for the repairs. Having a family that you know you can count on no matter what, even if its a little family of just a Dad and a beautiful amazing stepmom who loves you like your her own child.
Knowing that your family supports your decisions and dreams, even if they are risky.
And finally
Counting your blessings is always awesome.
