When you get to hook your computer up to the big screen at the foot of your bed and have all the giant joys of the interwebs while being all comfy at the same time. If I could only go back to younger me who had a laptop and thought THAT was the best way to lay in bed while interwebbing. PAH.

I had one objective tonight - to write a nice opening post for one of my characters - and I completed it. No stress, no worries, just writing - happy, blissful writing.
Sometimes I feel like I turn this into a job, instead of a hobby. I need to remember I'm doing this for fun, and that writing, plotting or anything else related should be done with a stress free mind.
... but I'm sure the tea and giant sugar cookie helped a great deal with my mood. ^__^

I had one goal since opening up my second RP and that was to read excellent and engaging posts.
I have been so fulfilled. Every post thus far... exceeds my expectations. I cannot say this enough and even though I've said this millions of times to my players and in the thread, I just want to say this elsewhere as well: I. AM. IN. LOVE. WITH. MY. CAST.
Thank you for being so wonderful, for being so dedicated, and for being so unbelievably creative. I know that we will all produce something wonderful, lovely, and memorable—no matter what happens both in story and out of story.
As a GM, this is the most rewarding thing I can think of.
I'll probably say this many more times all over the board because my feels for my cast cannot be expressed by words or one-time thank yous. They must be shouted on mountaintops, drawn into the skies, and painted in the memories of everyone.
Okay, also, cranberry juice with lime flavors. Seriously.

Like I've said before, too often do many of us "average joe" types get caught up in the day to day grind and that can wear you down - making it impossible to stop and smell the roses. I just really love when you do finally get those moments to take a step back from everything and take in all the good things in your life. It could be something as simple as being happy you woke up healthy this morning or something as meaningful as hearing someone say that they love you.

The feeling of slowly waking up when you are warm and cozy is awesome, the feeling of finally getting something you waited a long time for is awesome and the feel of fresh laundry is awesome.

I guess... When I have done zero revision and answered the multiple choice questions in the exam by lucky draw, and end up getting an equal or higher mark than those who have studied hard, it's awesome. XD
