So I've noticed there are a lot of awesome characters parked in the character pool...

I was just wondering what kind of roleplay people were looking for. In the past, I've always created what I wanted, but I would like to know what others want. I simply love making new stories, plot lines, and characters. So I was thinking, I'd ask all of you what you're looking for and, together, we can create a roleplay.

But this only works if other jump on board. Otherwise, you'll just get stuck dealing with Xavi created roleplays. :\

I'm actually one of those people that enjoys roleplays that have no plot whatsoever and takes place in like, a coffee shop or something. I mean sure stuff can happen after that I'm just not very good at cooking up plots and following them.

But that doesn't take much creativity soooo. Yeah. I'll pretty much join anything as long as it's not focused on romance (or if I don't get enough freedom, or if there are confusing rules, because then I don't know what I can do in the roleplay and what I can't).

I also like humor. Because for some reason I am almost incapable of writing anything completely serious. So if the roleplay is casual and enjoys stupidity à la Zomby I shall jump right in.

Humor! I've been dying for a good comedy roleplay, thought I'm not even sure how to go back making a comedy. D: But I do agree, the little coffee shop gathers or even a random hotel based roleplay do turn up some nice results. I could totally see a bar setting turn up funny.

My A Tale of a Mystic Castle is a freeform roleplay without any plot, set at a hotel castle. (Sorry for the self-promotion. :S)

I can just speak for my own characters and most of them are for a 1x1. However I got one guy which I have a set fantasy plot for, but I'm not sure I got the time or can find someone interested.
Edit. and one for a street racing RPG.

Edit 2: I'm not sure what roleplays the other character's in the pool would be interested in... maybe do a roleplay which they could fit in?

Other than that... well I don't got any suggestion on roleplays. Perhaps some kind of ancient god(ess) & hero roleplay?
I do like the idea of a comedy (but I wouldn't be any good at it I think). Which is set in a coffee shop... oh that would be too similar to Friends. :S Scrap that. Joke aside, following a comedy roleplay could be interesting.

I'll ponder it for awhile and might come up with more ideas.

Some kind of music roleplay, like in the music business or perhaps a band (rock, punk, boyband, else)?

A modern magic roleplay,a bit like Charmed perhaps?

Oh, how about a archeology roleplay? Like Tomb Raider, Indiana Jones, Uncharted, Jack Hunter or Salomon's Treasure?

That could be interesting. I looked into a Greek mythology roleplay on another site but I never joined. I didn't felt I had the time.

I think a Code Geass style story would be awesome. I don't see any mecha roleplays.
