The bot (because I don't think it's a human behind) post it's entry in the thread. As this is a forum, all roleplays are actually threads, they're just changed a great deal. So the bot post in the CSI roleplay thread. That's why it doesn't have a room nor a character. I reported it and also said that it seems like a security hole.
