I think you did the hair very realistic.The rest of it is quite nice too.
The features are so beautiful, I don't think it needs the business of the squiggly lines!
And I hope you have not a single still moment.

The squiggly lines are distracting in truth. it draws the eye away from the actual beautiful picture you have there. Id say no squiggly lines so we can see the wonderful art you have without the viewers eye being adverted.
