So after a bit of Googling, the Sakura Hotel Ikebukuro has 103 rooms arranged over 9 floors, plus a lobby I would imagine. So ten floors sounds right.
Most other hotels, or at least what I could find mentioned on Wikipedia are either 15 to 30-something stories tall or part of other buildings.

The MR2 will be legal if you want to take that up. The tyres are kind of shit still though. Rich had some disgusting Pirelli pro race tyres on it that were a little to big. It got pretty out of control.

Are you sure you want to kill him off? Again you might want to reconsider, make maki leave the group and go out on his own and if you ever get some free time, make a post and maybe interact with the group a little then leave again. It sounds like you enjoy the rp and nobody would mind if maki became a character who pops up every now and then.

See, that idea is not half bad. But the problem for me is that I like to get super involved in RP's but with all the shit going on, (Ask Schiz about my medical track.) with health, work and just general life, I don't get the chance to post till late and I am usually dead.

So I used the remaining balance of my credit card on my car insurance. Once we get it registered on Wednesday we'll be all set for AAC. Damn it came up quick.
