I shrugged. "I'm cool with anything." I replied. I got out and took a deep breath. "Scary movie?"

"Definitely." I said, smilingn I got us our tickets and popcorn and drinks, and we headed into the theater, first pick on the seats. "Where?" I turned and asked her

I led him to the middle and I sat down, putting my drink in the drink holder. I watched the previews boredly.

I put my feet on the chair in front of me. "No people , no rules." I said, laughing.

I chuckled and nodded. Soon the movie started, and I realized how much of a scaredy cat I am. I jumped when the ghost jumped out and I grabbed his arm, burying my face in his shoulder.

I chuckled softly and I put my arm around her to comfort her. When it got very quiet and suspensful, I couldn't help but do this. Ishook her and said "Boo!"

I let out a soft scream and I slapped his arm. "Asshole!" I covered my ears and squeezed my eyes shut as the scary part came.

I chuckled, and I hugged her. "Aaahh. Monstersss!" I shouted. "Ill protect youuu." I said in a superman voice.

I rolled my eyes and hugged him back. I can't be mad at him forever. I snuggled to him and peeped at the screen tentively.

"Should we sneek into Frozen?" I asked. This was scaring her a lot. This always happened, we would see a scary movie, and always have to leave early. Then that night she could barley sleep. Every time.

I shook my head. "No.. I'm okay."'I answered. I refuse to chicken out this time. I leaned against him and gritted my teeth as I watched the movie.

"Whatever you say.." I said and I watched the screen, jumping, when a scary part came. Geez, a movie has never scared me like this one.

I grabbed his hand and gripped it hard, burying my face in his shoulder. It feels kind of like we're a couple in a way.. Stop thinking like that.

"I'd.. Like to keep my hand." I groaned, my hand hurting with how hard she gripped it. Soon the movoie was over. "Thank god." I said, holding my hands up in the air.

I slowly relaxed when the movie was over and I took a deep breath. "Damn that was scary." I said. I got up and left the theatre, feeling a little shaken.

"Am I going to need to sleep with you tonight?" I asked smiling as we got out to the car. We got in and I drove us back home. It was already getting dark.

"Yes." I answered, looking out the window. Once we got to my house, I went and took a really fast shower. While I was getting dressed, the power went out. Damn it! And I just watched a scary ass movie!!! A car probably ran into a telephone pole.

I had also taken a shower in the other bathroom, and when I was getting dressed the power went out. "Dammit." I said, and I just got some shorts on and I walked down the hallway, feeling along the wall. "Autumn?"

I managed to finish getting dressed and I heard my name. I got out of the bathroom and screamed when I ran into someone. I fell back on my butt. "Ow..."

I chuckled softly and helped her up, I pulled my phone out and turned the flash on. "Here." I said and I walked us to her bedroom, I sat down, keeping the light on. "Do you have any candles?"

I nodded and got up, grabbing a box. I opened it and pulled out a bunch of candles.

I stood and I handed her my lighter. Crap. Probably shouldn't have, here comes the stop smoking talk.. I held my phone light on them so she can light them.

I lit them and then I opened the window and threw the lighter out. I flipped when I found out he started smoking.

"I needed a new one anyway." I said, and I put a candle on the side of the bed so that there was light there. Then I laid down, running my hands through my hair.

I glared at him for a minute, then I grabbed my brush and brushed my wet hair.

I sighed when she looked at me. "What? The silent treatment now?" I said, crossing my arms and sitting up. I had started smoking when my parents really started fighting. It was annoying and stressful!!

"Just shush." I said, turning my back to him. I bit my lip so hard that I tasted blood. I have a really quick temper. I get it from my dad.

"Staaahhp.." I groaned and I trawled over to where she was and hugger her from behind. "I'm trying to quit okay?" I whispered, resting myt face in the crook of her neck.

I closed my eyes and exhaled softly. "I don't want you to get cancer or something..."

"I'm not going to, alright?" I said. Ive only been smoking for a few months. Not like its been a year or two. I understood her concern, I mean with her dad just getting over it a second time this year.
