Hey all, how's it going?
I'm Marcus, though "Count", "Trees", "CtT" or whatever works just as well. Gamer, amateur writer and artist and a general nerd. Been looking for a good roleplaying site for ages and this place simply looks fantastic, I'm eager to get started. I'm also European, so apologies for any shoddy grammar.
I am a huge horror junkie, which might just reflect on the settings and characters I make, as I have a preference for the gothic and a bit darker, as opposed to purely optimistic stories. I'm all for bittersweet endings and morally gray heroes/villains, though even I prefer to not go overboard in that regard. When it comes to horror, it is either gothic horror or Lovecraftian that goes for me.
Otherwise, I am a fan of practically all forms of roleplay! I have tried a little of every genre and have about six years under my belt, though it really became a big passion three years ago or so.

"Ew. Did you check to see what date this raw milk expires?"
"Yeah, what happened?"
"I found a curd."
"Did you shake it?"
"No."
"It's the cream. The fat floats to the top."
"Oh, I just thought it was Bridgid's backwash the first couple of times."
"Wait, why didn't you say 'ew' when you thought that?"
