The function for the site rules is being worked on. Before, it wouldn't be editable unless I asked the coder to update it. Since that would leave me waiting on someone else (since the coder's assistance will eventually be based on if we get enough donations to cover server costs + his paycheck), he is working on a solution to it, but it needs to be approved by Insomniac (who is currently paying his paycheck).

It's okay - if it's not where it "should" be, I wouldn't expect it to be noticed when you're wondering where it is. xD Hopefully it'll be fixed in the next proper site update. :3
