I'll try to upload a map for both missions regarding where the bodies were found, etc. I'm hoping that, as I provide these things, you guys are more confident in exploring on your own/interacting with the environment.
I also want to give you guys an example of what I mean when I say that the environment is interactive.
EXAMPLE :
Wen runs into another employee—a shy, quiet girl. Figuring that he'd attract more flies with honey, he decides to charm the girl for a little information about the victim. <---this would basically be what your post is trying to do.
The girl, startled by the suddenness of everything, stammers a shaky answer. She doesn't know anything, but Hajime-chan might know more. She was close with the victim after all. <---that would be my NPC/environment response post.
Please feel free to just make-up the people you run into (just don't give them names unless I have provided the name previously). When it comes to NPCs, you just need to mention that you are trying to talk to them (what you are trying to do) and, maybe, what they are doing or a brief description. There is no need to go into the character's full story or anything. You can also interact with the actual environment.
EXAMPLE :
Wen noticed something shining in the grass. <---your post, please don't complete the action aka labeling the discovery.
On a closer inspection, it was nothing more than a piece of broken glass. <---my post. You can make of it what you will, but, remember, not all clues are relevant or important. Some things are simply what they are: garbage.
Just know that you should NEVER complete an action set. When you talk to the NPC, it's fine to create the NPC (also, remember to stay true to the world when creating NPCs), but let ME control the NPC aka give voice/life to the character. Okay? Great. I hope this helps? If not... um, ask questions?

@ OMLYT : Hm, well, the group can always snoop around / talk to other employees. Acaelus is the only one who can access the supply room (he has the key). Because it is during the day, I don't advise leaving the compound to visit the victims' sites (I'll always let you guys know about the passage of time).

Sorry guys- again- for my random disappearances and reappearances. Things have just been hectic on my end. I should have been more vocal in the OOC about it- but I honestly haven't had the time (that and I probably would have sounded whiny). Anyway I should have a post up for Alarick here shortly. And I'll be more active- I promise. Or at least I do believe that the crap that happened these past few weeks shouldn't repeat itself.
