Dunno, if I need to say this, BUT, for the upcoming missions (both sides will have assignments), you guys are free to make up the NPCs that will be involved with your character's task.
Just make sure it's not like an army (unless I say you can take an army, lol). For the most part, before the mission actually begins in the IC, I'll give a technical run down of things in the OOC. (:
