Luckily for me, I work rather well on pressure... I think.
I just finished my Japanese oral test so... I'm feeling pretty good at the moment (especially since I did well on it).
When I get back to my apartment (in about thirty minutes or so), I'll release some logistics/technicals. I'm planning to work backwards on assembling/packaging this role-play.
But I'm glad that there are people interested... even when all I have is a title, a tag, and a banner, lol.

After nearly two hours of being distracted by everything underneath the sun, I have put up the two factions within the RP. (:
I will continue to add to the RP until its official release date. On that day, I will release the overview and open up the RP for character submissions.
As a note: This is a slot-limited RP, but will be, more or less, first-come, first-serve. No reservations or holds though.

To dispel the notion early, and thus, prevent false-hope, this role-play is not connected to the popular anime series, Code Geass.
The naming is, but a happy coincidence. (: For those who are curious, this is where I derived the name from.

I didn't realize this was steampunk! I've been waiting for a steampunk game forever! I'm just a little worried about the Advanced rating.

It was funny, when she was first explaining the idea to me I asked if it was steam punk themed. She had to check... because she wasn't sure, but it totally was! It makes me really excited too... haven't been involved in anything like this yet.

I don't really know how most people view advanced, but, here's what I'm expect from people:
Well-developed characters, fluid posts (length is irrelevant), and, most importantly, maturity.
I want to know that my cast won't need to be coddled every step of the way. I don't want to be the "mother" of the group. I want to be able to moderate it. I want to be able to address and handle problems without fearing negative backlash or needless tantrums.
Essentially, if I see someone is breaking game mechanic (meta-gaming, circumventing the world, etc), I am going to shoot them a message and ask them, politely, to stop, etc.
Moreover, I want people to be able to take initiative. While I will be gently guiding the group along a major storyline, I want players to plot amongst themselves (decide relationships, figure out small little clashes, etc) and ADD to the story. Give it flavor, spice, and make it YOURS. You know?
You don't have to be able to write godly posts to qualify (writing is a learning process and practice will make you better), you just have to be able to give me your best and not spiral into tantrums when I ask for changes. (:
I mean... I'll never be unreasonable. I think. And, if I am, poke me in the face... with a fish. I'm a nice person, I think. Haha.
BUT YEAH. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT WAS A STEAMPUNK THING... I'm so bad with these genres... I had to wiki it and everything and feel like a total scrub. ;_____;

Well... I'm eyeing the Ghost position... just so ya know.... I really like the character, he seems fun.
I'm aware that yer judging the characters yerself and it's a no reservation game, but I'd just like to let you know I'm interested.

And... I know this is probably gonna be an issue, but... yes, the KotR are obscenely over-powered in comparison to The Order, but, HEY, guess what? They're the KotR. They're supposed to be OP as fuck. lol... Sort of.

I think all the characters are pretty cool... I'm partial to shells and things like that, and I also love how most of them are tied together somehow.
But as expected.. I do express a lot of interest for one in particular.

Alright, that is, more or less, the total cast of the RP. I scaled back the number of characters because... well, I don't know if we'll have enough players to fill the slot anyway.
As a reminder, there ARE 2 to 3 undefined shells available. People are allowed to create their OWN characters, but PLEASE, before you green-light your project, MESSAGE ME FIRST. While I am currently NOT accepting profile submissions, I AM accepting messages for character ideas (for the empty shells, that is)!
Moreover, all the characters have hidden information that I did not include in their shell. The hidden information should not affect your character's overall personality or anything. It's just plot-relevant information.
With that said, only a week left until the opening of this RP. (:
NOTE. At the moment, because I down-sized the original cast, some of the character's Machinas/abilities may be shuffled around a bit. Maybe.

Alright! I have all the characters for The Order temporarily outlined! I still need to run through for edits/finalizations, but those are, essentially, the characters I want on the side of the rebels.
Of course, as mentioned in the thread, there ARE two to three undefined slots that ARE available for people who do NOT agree with ANY of the roles. And, again, please message me if you think you might be interested in one of those.

Quick clarifying question;
What will you do in the circumstance that more than one person applies for a role? Will you just take the first one that submits after you have opened it up, or will you choose between the two?
I only ask this because I've noticed someone else has also begun working on the same character as I.
