How to delete thread in ooc?

I made a thread in the ooc of my game to test some things about posting. However, it was not meant to last as I assumed I could delete it. Once inside, the edit button said I could delete the thread, as did the forums. However, I cannot figure out how to delete it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I believe you have to send a PM to Maneki Neko with a link and she has to delete it.
