People know each other via another person at least and secrets need to be held on carefully so that the gossipers don't get a hang of your private life. On the other hand New Heather River is a calm city with a good environment for raising children, spending free time and having friends.
Occultia, sometimes called O'cult, is a private academy that hand selects students to enroll. Those selected receive a letter in the mail that requests his/her enrollment. All fees and tuition costs are wavered, making travel the only monetary issue.
Living the life of a teenager is not easy here in the little town of Alota Days- especially when you're as abnormal as it gets. Students who are wealthy can go to Alota Days High School and have the time of their lives and students who are here on a scholarship can get the best education they can, weather they are human or supernatural.
