Oh, just the most recent announcement towards the bottom of the 2nd page (those noticed about character are on the overview now too.) Character has been enabled for today and will be disabled this evening again.

Yes I would like to clone the character.
If you require me to re-enable the character you submitted to GLASSWORK so you can clone it to the chara.pool or Clone warehouse let me know.
