  1. I can understand that. I usually just "talk" to people I know (on skype), but it sounds really interesting. I noticed that, there were quite a few people that said hello and were very welcoming on my hello post in the forum

Yeah, some sites are just really... I don't know, non-friendly to newcomers? I tried to join Gaia but a lot of the people there were just aweful

    I hope so too
  2. Also you're welcome. We like to make people feel like this is a friendly, easy going place to be, and that the mods are easy to talk to (players too) ^____^'

I know how it is joining a site and have no one to even talk to. It's such a turn off, you feel like a complete outsider.

I do hope you find this a great place to RP. There are some damn talented ladies and gents around these here parts.
  3. A handful (sadly) to many people seem to have this aversion to talking to people online. Still a a lot of the boards regulars join in and we're slowly trying to get more people less scare/shy/intimidated by getting on vent. Each session we usually have a few people online, if not (sometimes I choose poor days for sessions and that is no fault of anyone) I just move the session to a better day.
  4. Hi, thanks for the varm welcome. It means a lot The mustard project seems pretty cool, do a lot of the people here use it?
  5. Welcome to WTFRPG and I hope you enjoy your stay. I'd also like to extend a helping hand so if you have any questions, require any help, or need moderator assistance, I encouraged you to toss me a PM or Visitor Message (by going to my profile). I am more than happy to help you out.

I'd also like to introduce you to one of the sites projects, Mustard Jar, it is a ventrilo project meant to help connect members of the site and to be used as a different medium for roleplay discussion. It is a chill, friendly, easy going project and I would be thrilled if you took a look.

    Thanks for joining WTFRPG.
