well they don't really have a choice in the matter XP they are assigned to a specific master and only the master(in certain cases) or the mistress can change that XP
maybe he can be a master without a slave so he often visits the other slaves trying to manipulate them into being his slave >3>
hm... I'm not really sure... someone so sweet sounding could be a very interesting dom XD but unless lady chello gets on i'm not sure who would be his slave or master XP
