Although she's loud, hyperactive, and a total clutz, she is the faster woman known to man.  Luli has a kind heart and has been known to get her way through the use of her body.  She's persuasive and charming, something every organization needs.  Luli is also a fierce warrior, especially when you chip a nail or rip her clothing.  Don't even think about wearing something that doesn't match her clothing or she will rip you a new one.  So, despite being cute and bubbly, Luli is a nasty little witch when you double cross her.
