Just bring back smacking your kids in public when they are little shits, not beating but like you smack em in front of everyone right when it happens and you're only allowed one smack each time they do something like that in public. Also i think stupid people should be publicly embarrassed like in stocks, or they are publicly bitch slapped until they sincerely apologize.
We used to use embarrassment as a tool in this country like ok your on well-fare you have to pay for every thing with stamps so that everyone knows you are now im not saying that we should make fun of people who are wrose off i just thing hey if someone has to jump through a hoop dressed up like a clown every time they want a hand out they are gonna want to stop getting hand outs.
