Personality Description: 
Percy is a tough kid to understand. He knows how to run people down and he does it well. He's a straight A student and a star pupil in every teacher's eyes. He's never seen doing anything bad and he will never be caught. But, what, you may ask, does he never get caught from?
He's not the nicest person in the bunch.
He's a bully to say the least and he doesn't have to slightest qualm about getting what he wants in any way he wants. Being the captain of the Varsity football team, he's pretty much the leader of the school. The woman scream over his looks and power and he eats it up. You'll almost never catch him without a woman in his arms. And she's different day to day. 
To sum Percy up, don't get in his way. He can find a way to destroy you without lifting a finger.

Clothing Style: 
In school, you'll see him wear a lot of sweater vests and button ups. As well as ties and Bow-ties. In class he wears reading glasses to help him... well... read. Some people think they're just for show, though. Outside of school he tends to wear a lot of clothes that make him look... bad-ass, per-say. Black wife beats, leather jackets, boots, tee-shirts. He looks more like he will fuck you up.

History
Born and raised in Paris, France to an extremely rich family. Percy was placed under high expectations all his life. His parents home school him most of his life, treating him like a prince. Like he could get anything he wanted. And he did. Everything he ever wanted, he got. But that was only if he did well in his classes. They got him the best tutors money could buy and he became extremely smart. They also got him a lot of piano lessons. Which, he hated, but the girls loved it. So, he continued to impress the ladies. Occasionally, he would outsmart his parents and just get them to get him anything he wanted. 

However, he was getting out of hand. He was controlling the family like he was the father. His parents, unhappy with how their son turned out, they sent him to their middle class cousins in England. Here, he was sent to public middle school to see how he fared with other kids who weren't stuck up brats. It turned out... He was the star new kid. 'He's from the Avoli family.' 'Isn't that in france?' 'He's so hot...' He quickly became the star pupil of every teacher and the ruler of the school. He was the quarter back on the junior football team and guy every girl wanted. 

His cousins were all but happy with the new addition to their family. That is until they received a letter of acceptance to a school known as 'Velubian High.' Out of no where, they accepted Percy for his freshman year of high school. Wanting him gone, his cousins sent him to this school with all of his stuff. They told him to stay there and never return. Percy was fine with this. He went to the school and the same thing happened. He was the leader. He was the captain of the varsity football team. And he was still that same womanizer he's always been.

Percy's now a senior at Velubian High and He has more power than he could have ever hoped for.
