"To teach anything a new trick it needs to have the aptitude and ambition to learn and better itself. As long as it knows there's always room for improvement it can be taught anything. What makes you ask this, Enzo?" He kept in the air by flapping his wings and tilted his head. "Is he just trying to let my guard down because I got the first hit...who knows. I don't know what this...fire has him thinking. I don't even know if it's really him. He's acting different."
Silver shifted awkwardly. Did she really want to tell him about it? She glanced back to David, who was now alone and seemed to be pouting. Gosh, he really was like a puppy. She was surprised he hadn't gotten into any trouble while her back was turned. David looked up and saw her looking, so he put a smile on his face and offered a slight wave. She waved back and turned back to JD. "Um.. Well.. I saw more of my um.. Family. My grandfather, who evidently killed Voltaire's entire family. He was disappointed that I was still alive, and he didn't answer any of my questions. But, you remember how I met my uncle? I saw him again, and he told me what I wanted to know. But I'm not sure I'm glad I know now... I sort of wish I didn't..." Her voice got quiet and trailed off as she was explaining to him. She looked down, feeling as if she might tear up a bit. Instead of doing that, she bit her lip and just avoided looking at him directly.
David on the other hand, was still watching them. He didn't finish all his food, and he didn't want to at this point either. It seemed to him that whatever they were discussing was upsetting Silver, and he could tell by her body movements. The way she looked away from him but was still talking to him, her obvious saddened expression, the way her body swayed back and forth slowly. He sighed, realizing she was probably talking about whatever she had been upset about the night before. Still, he observed silently, unsure of what to think of JD anymore.
Enzo laughed, ignoring Volitaire's counter-question. "You should have been a teacher, Voli." He lifted his hand out to his side, and bursted flames from it. He disappeared entirely, leaving behind only the flame lingering for a second. He appeared behind Volitaire with a sinister look in his eyes. "You're hurt." He said, before swinging a kick to a bandaged point on his back.
"Thanks...I'll do what I can." Jacen ran up the stairs, nearly bursting through the door. The sight he saw nearly stopped him dead in his tracks. Enzo...what the hell? Enzo's flames grew to an incredible size and manifested as an aura around him.
"H-Hey! I don't know what you two are looking to prove here, but don't go overboard!" He didn't know if they'd pay him any mind or not..but he decided to say it. That really was all he could do...Jacen was certain that trying to intervene would only end up worse for him.
I'm pretty damn sure that my bolt wouldn't do shit. And that's all I got...neither of them look like they can be reasoned with right now. Jacen watched as Enzo threw a kick towards Voli's back, with intent to do serious harm.
Ok, they DEFINITELY aren't going to be reasoned with.
"Fast.." He couldn't prepare a counter in time and took the blow. "Aagh!" He was in more pain than he looked. The sudden blow made his wound bleed under the bandage and he held it down. He then ignored it and looked to the ground with one of his eyes. A seal spun around the red of his eye and his father was risen on top of the roof of Sorcerers. He looked up and shot a magma ball up at Enzo.
Enzo felt the heat coming towards him from below. He was hit by it, and was taken up farther into the air. The hot ball burned through Enzo's shirt, leaving him bare chested. "Thats.. not fair.." He placed his hands onto the magma, and shot a quick burst of the Minus Fire onto it, repeling the ball back down to the roof.
That was probably a bad idea.
Volitaire panicked and dashed after the ball and stopped it with his runes. He let out a sigh of relieve and looked to everyone else to see if they're okay. "Summoning may not work...that's to dangerous. They wouldn't understand leaving him alive." His father disappeared into a seal and vanished. With his sudden movement his wound bled a little more. He couldn't work his blood magic with his bandage over the wound, so he had to deal with it. His hands arced black and white lighting, he joined them together and shadow bolts shot into the air at Enzo at gatling speed.
Enzo was hit by the bolts, he wasn't sure how to act against pure lightning. "GAAH!" He yelled out as he started pummeling down to the roof.
He landed head first, making a crater in the roof. Slowly, he got back up, and grinned. "That's more like it." He said with an energized tone. He beckoned for him to attack once more.
Eos couldn't take it, she could sense the pain on the other side of the door. The two weren't going easy on each other and this didn't seem like a friendly sparring at all. "Why are they doing this?"
He watched him plummet. He warped to a shadow cast by the water tank he was sitting on. He saw his grin and overly excited face. "Something's wrong here." He looked to his hand and had an idea. But it was risky.

Annoyed, Enzo prepared another X-burner. This time it was going to take out the water tower, if it missed or not. Suddenly, Enki, in his hyper form, landed in his way. "Sky, what are you doing? What is that evil flame in you?!"
"This is practice, Enki. Move." "I cannot! You're scaring people, Sky! Snap out of it!"
Seraph had been watching this fight from down below, as these two super powers battled it out against one another. Scary powers...haha, and alot of people are getting worried, I think I will check it out. Seraph sprinted towards the roof of the building.
In Enzo's distraction of Enki he warped into Enzo's shadow with his runes spinning in hand and his clawed hands pointed forward he threw his hand at Enzo, attempting to Siphon his power.
"It looks like you'll just be another target for me to practice on, Enki." Enki staggered back at his aggressiveness alone. "Sky.."

Enzo turned around and was struck in the chest by Volitaire's hand. "W-what the hell..?"
Seraph arrives on the roof, seeing a handful of people watching the fight. Enki was even there trying to settle down the fight. Volitaire was fighting hard, trying to make every attack count, he was using his brain more than anything. The other however was brown haired, a couple inches short than him and orange eyes, his whole body was covered in fire. "What is going on here..." Seraph crossed his arms and looked dead serious at the fight infront of him.
Volitaire forced Enzo to the ground and left a crack in the cement, the circling runes expanded further as Enzo's negative energies were siphoned out. "Enough, Enzo! This isn't you! My best friend wouldn't aim to be this cruel towards those who care so much about him! Enki, get out of the way, I'll handle it! He looked up with a stern face towards Enki, that said for him to trust Volitaire.
Seraph's eyes glowed purple. This person, many seem to like him perhaps he was possesed...whatever it is, this should be fun. "Volitaire, let me help you!" Seraph called out as his eyes flamed purple, blood was dripping down his left eye from his opened scar due to the power he was releasing. Seraph took out his dagger and was ready to jump in at anytime
"Ugh!" Enzo grunted as he was thrown to the ground. "What do you know about me, Volitaire? You don't know anything about me!" He then kicked Volitaire off of him, but the wound left by Volitaire felt odd. Enzo stood up. "In the end, i'm the stupid one, right? I'm always the weaker one.."
He shook his head watching Seraph sprint into the building and onto the roof. "This is getting a bit too intense, I should try to calm things down..." Marcus made a b-line for the top of the school as well, pushing past teachers and students as he dashed through the hallways and up flights of stairs. As he threw open the door, shoving his way to the front of the crowd of students, he waved his arms wildly. "Hey!" He shouted, which was a rarity for him to do. "Would you guys cut it out! You're going to destroy the school!" There was a frown on his face, he was seriously pissed off at this point. It wasn't just the destruction of the school he was upset about. He was worried for the safety of the spectating students. When lives were in danger, it was serious frigging business. Turning to face the crowd, he waved his arms again, "Everyone get downstairs and wait outside until this over!" He shooed away and ushered the majority of the kids to the door way. Only a few refused to comply, including Seraph. With a sigh and a grunt, Marcus spun back toward the three who were fighting, "knock it off guys! This fight is over!" He shouted again.
Volitaire pointed his hand back at Seraph, motioning him to stay back. "Enso, you were never weak...because of you I'm what I am today! I always saw you training with Kenji. I saw you use your power to take down many people I bet I couldn't! I nearly died by Enki and you beat him! With a broken arm! I was weaker than you, you're still stronger than me. I know that damn well. I know what our purpose is now, and you're the one who leads us in this mission! Think, Enzo. I didn't get this power just to outdo you, I did it to help protect you and everyone else! I don't want to see you hurt, I don't want to see anyone else hurt! I've lost too many people during my 17 years of life! So I won't see you lost to Darkness, so I will further better myself to aid you! You're my closest friend and I love you. You can say what you want about me. But I'm done. I can't hurt you anymore!" He returned to normal and walked away holding his wound. His ring calmed and dimmed. He walked through the door and down the steps in total silence.
Seraph starred at "Enzo" waiting for his response. Slowly the blood dripped down his face into a small collected pool. This blood will become useful if need to be...haha Seraph stood tall and dead serious, with his dagger drawn but to the side in a non-agressive manner.
"Bullshit." He muttered under his breath. Nobody could feel what it was like to live a lie. To go through life not knowing where you came from, and killing the only one who could have told you. Enzo looked at his Sky ring, which was shining. "Total bullshit."
He grabbed his Sky ring, and broke it, the pieces falling to the floor.
"I'm done playing the unfortunate hero."
Seraph chuckled to himself and slowly a little more loud. Interesting, a friend, turned sour...aww he has a hard life. Seraph cooled down and the blood went back into the scar, along with his eyes calming down. "I was excited for a moment...I will see you later Marcus." Seraph walked down the stairs calmly.
Enzo's flames returned back to their orange color. After hearing Seraph laugh himself away, he clenched his fist. I try to protect people who look down on me.. He thought of the bullies, who had been constantly harassing him and Enki, the general public, who after seeing the events of battle royal, hated him, even though he lied to protect his friend. He even had to deny his first and only love, out of her safety.
He gained nothing from it. At this realization, he took off into the sky like a rocket. "Sky!" Enki shouted. Enzo kept going higher, his orange eyes turning glossy with tears. I've seen them better off without me around.
Seraph looked back for a moment to see Enzo's blast off. Seraph exhales. I do not know what is in that poor mind of his, corrupt...but to do this, reminds me of myself Seraph smashed the wall beside him blowing a whole in the wall with sheer force. This place...is turning more different than I expected. Seraph was filled with rage as he left.
Maria walked into the large empty hall as she had many months ago at her first day. She sighed and smiled to herself, looking around. " it seamed different ... but still the same, I missed it though " She said to herself smiling. She thought back to see if Maya still remembered her and everyone else. She giggles at the thought and looked over at the stairs seeing Volitaire walking down them, She raced over to greet him. "Hey long time to see- Oh my gosh what happened?! " She exclaimed seeing his wounds.
Volitaire sighed, he remebered wanted to ask Kenji about the ring but all the commotion upstairs made it a bad time. He decided to sit in the courtyard and wait a little. He remembered Seraph's intrusion and thought about the power he seemed to put off. It didn't bother him much but he wondered what it was. "Silver's intuitions seem to be hinting at something...I'll keep an eye on him." He sat on a bench and looked up to see Enzo taking off. He closed his eyes and shook his head slowly as if he expected him to do something like this. His thought were abruptly cut off by Maria literally popping up out of nowhere. "Oh, hey. It has been a while..these are nothing, don't worry about it. Where have you been? You seemed to have just left the school."
The remaining students walked solemnly out the door and back into the school. Yet, even when those involved left, the air hung heavy around Marcus, who was now standing alone with Enki. He looked left, and then to his right. The damage to the roof top was phenomenal. The ground torn asunder, ledges smashed and crumbling. In just two days he had experienced the extremes of this school, happiness and joy, to hatred and loathing. It was all beginning to become a lot to handle, and of course he always throws himself in the middle of it all, playing 'the good guy' like he always does. Without regard for Enki, who was still standing close by, Marcus took out his flask and chugged down about a quarter of it. "Enki, right?" he asked, his voice now a much calmer tone, "are you going to be okay?"
