"And remember when I pranked the teacher? She sat on the thumbtacks." I said. And stated to laugh. It hurt to do so but it was so worth it
I giggled. "You got in so much trouble. But it was worth it." I said, kissing his cheek.
I smiled, and nodded. "Yes it was. Good times.." I said, then I stood slowly and painfully. "I'm going to take a bath. Or a shower. Whatever one does not get my bandages wet." I said
"Here.. I know what'll help. I found a plastic bag and cut it, then I tied it around him to cover his bandages. "There."
I looked down at myself, and chuckled. "Thank you. I feel like plastic man." I said with a smile, and I kissed her before going and taking a shower.
I went and cleaned up my room, and I got the wedding photos printed out and framed. They're really nice.
After my shower I got dressed and ready for whatever the day had to throw at me. My back was killing me, I guess a bullet hit my vertibre and shattered one, very painful. I took some pain medication and I walked up the stairs carefully to her room, seeing the photos. "Wow.." I said smiling. "These are great." I said.
I smiled and turned to look at him. "I love them. It's like reliving it all over again." I stood up and took his hand, squeezing it softly.
"It was the best day of my life." I said, and I leaned down and kisses her lips gently. "We should get our own place.." I said, looking into her eyes. "I still have a ridiculous amount of money from my dad.." I said. "That guy has 5 million dollars Astoria.. And it was all passed down to me.." I said.
My eyes widened. "Oh my god.. You never told me that!" I grinned. "That's amazing. We can go anywhere we want. We can get our dream house."
"I know, I was going to tell you after the honeymoon, but this happened." I said, looking down. I squeezed her hand and pulled her to me, and I kissed her forehead. "We can have whatever we want.. I'll make sure you and I are the happiest people on earth, okay? I'm going to fucking spoil you." I said, chuckling.
I laughed and hugged him gently. "I love you baby." I said softly, closing my eyes. I never thought we could be so happy. I slowy pulled away. "I was thinking though.. I want to go to school for language, so I can pursue being a translator."
"I love you too.." I said, rubbing her back as she spoke, and I nodded. "Of course." I said, nodding. "Sounds good."
"Not full time of course, I'll still come home." I kissed his cheek.
"Good." I said. "I'm still not completely set on what I would like to do." I said. "There's being a mechanic.. I've always liked cars, and working on them."
I smiled. "That's cool." I pecked his lips before going to take a shower.
I sighed and I went back downstairs, and looked in the mirror. Woah, why was I so pale all of a sudden?.. I felt a bit light headed as well. Maybe I was a little dehydrated. I made my way to the kitchen and I got me a glass of water, drinking the whole thing
I went downstairs and saw him drinking water. "You look pale. Are you okay?"
"I think so. I'm fine, water is helping." I said, smiling. "Don't worry about me, okay?" I said, and kissed her cheek
I nodded and sighed. "Maybe you should go lay down."
"No, I should stay up and about," I insisted. "I'm tired of being in a bed, resting." I said admittedly.
"Fine fine.." I sighed. "But promise me you'll go lay down if you start feeling too bad."
My vision became blurry, and it was hard to hear, I gripped the counter and the light headedness came back.. What the hell? And I had this sharp pain in my chest.. "God.." I said softly, my knuckles white from holding myself up.
I grabbed his arms to support him and I led him to the couch, setting him down. "I'm calling the hospital." I said, taking out my phone.
It felt like I couldn't breathe, it was almost like I was gasping for air. I couldn't hear anything, it all felt to be a blur.
I called the perimedics and they came and picked him up, rushing him to the hospital. I rode with him in the ambulance and waited in the waiting room.
I didn't need surgery or anything, they just had to do a very very painful drainage of my lungs, apparently they just filled with fluid.. When they were done with the mini procedure, with no pain meds along with it, I walked back into the living room, good to go.
"How are you feeling?" I asked, handing him a glass of water.
"Better. Much better. They already checked me out, and did everything else. So they canceled my next appointment." I said. And took the water, taking a drink. "They drained fluid that was in my lungs." I said
I nodded. "Okay. Are you hungry? I'm making sandwiches."
