I nodded and smiled. "Yes..."
The next morning we packed up, and went out for breakfast at Sterling's, out favorite restaurant.
We ate and we laughed and just had a wonderful time. Afterwards, we went home and let the dogs outside.
When we headed back I laid down on the couch. "I wish we could move already. I want to go to the police academy." I said.
I smiled slightly. "We'll hardly see each other except for weekends. Maybe not even then." I said, looking down at him. "I'll miss you."
"I know.." I said sadly, and I slowly took her hands and pulled her down into my lap. "But when we do see eachother it will be special, I promise you."
I smiled and kissed his forehead. "I believe you.."
I smiled. "Good." I said.
It was moving day, and we were up by 3AM, our plane ride at 5. We loaded up the car and I had a very heartfelt goodbye with my family. Once we were at the airport, we caught our flight was on our way.
I hated plane rides. So much. I looked at her, and sighed softly. "This plane ride will take forever." I said.
I smiled and took his hand. "Don't be afraid. I'm right here." I said softly.
I chuckled, and kissed her hand. "That was so cheesy." I teased, looking out the window.
I laughed. "Welllll excuse me for trying to be romantic." I replied.
"Oh shaddup." I teased, and I kissed her cheek. I loved teasing her or just playing, it was fun and I was glad I was in a relationship that I could do that in.
I giggled and pecked his lips. Then I rested my head on his shoulder and fell asleep. I woke up when the plane landed and I walked outside with Charnley. There was a taxi driver holding a sign with Charnley's name and a limo driver with mine. "I guess this is where we part.."
I frowned and I kissed her softly. "Call me okay? When you get a chance." I said. And we parted. I got into my limo and she got into hers.
I got driven to Julliard and I met my roommate and I unpacked and sorted things out. I got a full tour of the campus and then I went and got my schedule. This is going to be great.
I didnt have a roommate, just an apartment sized dorm . Very nice.. I started training right away.
We were preparing for the spring show in Central Park. The biggest show in the world. I get to sing and play the violin in the show.
A couple days passed, I was busy with the one class I had, then the training part of the whole thing. There was two parts, in class work, and the real physical training
"You're a little sharp." The conductor told me. I nodded and started my opera piece over again. It's really hard work and my throat and hands hurt.
I texted her when I could, and callrd sometimes.. it was almost the weekend. Almost.. then I could see her. Only three more months of my training. Then I would go out and be apart of the patrol. But id still be watched
The weekend soon came and I got ready for my date with Charnley. I already missed him.
Today was kind of a date type thing. We would have a movie night in my dorm, and then also I would make dinner. I couldn't wait. I opened my door when I heard her knock and I hugged her tightly. "Hey.."
I grinned and hugge him back tightly. "Hey babe.." I pecked his lips and then I looked around his dorm. "Nice.."
I smiled, and I nodded. "Yeah, I like it." I said. "Hows Juilliard?" I said dramatically.
I rolled my eyes. "It's amazing. I can see why my grandmother loves it so much. I'm exhausted though, preparing for this show that's months away.. You are going to go, aren't you?" I asked.
"Well of course." I said, and I kissed her head. "Im glad you like it there." I said. "Spaghetti for dinner?" I asked.
I nodded and smiled. "Sounds great." I replied. I helped him cook and then we sat together and talked and laughed.
"Do you have class in the morning?" I asked, pulling her to my side.
I shook my head. "No. But I have rehearsals tomorrow evening." I said. "So until then, I'm all yours."
"Stay.. the night please." I asked, and I took her hand.
I smiled. "Why do you always sound so nervous when you ask me that?" I asked.
"I do?" I asked, looking at her. I guess I have been lately.
I nodded. "Yeah... Kind of..."
"I .. sorry." I said, and I shifted awkwardly. "So is that a yes or no?"
I chuckled. "Of course." I kissed him softly. "I think it's cute when you're nervous."
I raised an eyebrow. "Cute? Im manly." I said, laughing at how that sounded.
I laughed. "You were cute when you were little." I replied, kissing his cheek.
I raised an eyebrow, and smiled. "Really now." I said. I kissed her softly. I then handed her the remote control, and wanted her to pick a movie.
