Cautious Love

"About an hour out from The edge of town." I said. "Not too bad." I said.

I nodded. "Okay. What time is the open house?"

"Looks like.. One." I said, looking up at her. "Its not that badly priced either." I said. "400,000..”

I smiled. "That's great." I said. "Let's hope we won't have too much competition."

"We will get it. Or really try." I said. "Besides there's quite a few like it as well." I said. "Let's see.. Four bedroom, two bathrooms.. Big kitchen .."

I smiled and kissed him. "Sounds perfect. And look! It has a fireplace."

I smiled widely. It was perfect, and I would do everything I could to make sure it was ours.

I smiled and finished my sandwich. "So, what time should we leave tomorrow?"

"11:30." I said, looking up at her, not crazy early." I said. After a while I was still on the site looking at the house. "It s going to be perfect for our family.."

I smiled and gently massaged his shoulders, kissing the top of his head. "It sure will.. I'm excited."

"Yeah.." I said, and j looked up at her. "Did you ever get the results back from the doctor? With your probability of having kids?" I asked her, and took her hand.

I sighed and looked down at our hands. "It's.... Possible.. But not very likely.. And if I do get pregnant.. I will most likely miscarry.."

I looked down, and sighed.. "We should try.." I said. "Whenever you're ready.." I said. "I'm ready at any time.."

"When you're completely healed, okay? I don't wanna hurt you." I said softly.

"Yeah. Yeah, of course." I said, and I stood, and hugged her softly.. "And let's promise each other to be careful.. And let's make sure no more shit happens to us. "

I nodded and hugged him back gently. "Okay." I mumbled. The next day we packed up some snacks and such and we were on our way to the dream house.

We took my car, and we were on our way to the house. The drive was pretty easy and the area it was in was nice. There was a little town near it, only a ten min drive from there to the home. When I got to the house, there was only two other cars there. This would be easy

It was even more beautiful in person. I took his hand and we went inside, introducing ourselves to the real estate agent.

She showed us around, and it was so perfect. It was included with furniture too, and all the appliances were updated. And there was even a movie room, with a projector..

My favorite was the backyard. So much land! There was a nice fence around to keep animals in, and there was even a barn for chickens and such.

There was a huge stable and shed for a few horses, also. It was like a mini farm. This was amazing!

The other families liked the house a lot too and I squeezed Angus's hand encouragingly. We have to get this house. It's perfect.

I pulled the real estate lady aside, taking Astoria's hint into account. "We would love to buy." I said. And the lady smiled. "Let's do some paperwork then " she said, and waved us inside to follow her.

Wow, that was easy. We sat down together after the other families sadly left and we began the paperwork.

I guess we were the only ones to really ask about buying, all the other people just liked the free food.
All the paperwork was easier than I thought, and soon, it was official. We had to come back tomorrow to get the keys and such, and rjeu would do one last cleaning

As soon as we walked out of the house, I threw my arms around him and kissed him passionately. After a moment I pulled away and grinned. "We have a house!"

When she said it, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I wanted to pick her up and spin her, but I couldnt. "I can't believe it." I said, and kissed her once more.

I kissed him back, my hands on his cheeks. We kissed for a minute or two, then I pulled away and grinned. "Let's go." We went back home and celebrated with a glass of wine.

"Here's to our new lives.." I said, and we clinked out glasses together and I watched as they shattered, both of us uncut. I couldn't help but just start laughing, hard

I was shocked for a moment, then I began to laugh too, so hard that I had tears in my eyes. I then cleaned up the glass and wine.

I tried to help clean up, then after that we tried again, the glasses barley touching, and we took a drink. "Round two was a success " I said, shaking my head smiling

I giggled. "Yay!" We finished our drink, then I went and began packing little things that we didn't need at this moment.

I helped pack also, and when her mom came home we told her the news and she was so happy, and would come with us tomorrow when we got the Keys

We all watched a movie, had dinner, and chatted, then we went to bed, so happy and excited for tomorrow.

I woke up early in the morning and got ready, wide awake and really excited. I was like a little boy on Christmas morning.

I got up as well and got ready and my mom did as well. "Ready?" I asked, taking Angus's hand.

"You have no idea." I said. "Everyone to the Mustang." I said, chuckling as we all headed out like a mini crew. Then we were on our way

We had fun on the ride, talking and joking, then we finally made it to our house. "Wow, it's gorgeous!" My mom complimented.

The real estate lady was there and soon gave us the keys, and we showed her mom around, taking the home in ourselves as well. It helped a lot, furniture coming with it.

"We will visit as often as possible." My mom teased. I hugged her. "You better." We all sat around and had a good time, then we went home so we can finish packing and we rented a U-Haul truck for the stuff in our storage.
