She couldn't lift any thing for a long while and she had quote a few medications to take. I had it all down and would help her keep on track with them. I pulled the car up and helped her in, and her mom got in as well. Her dad agrees to meet at the house
-
I listened to my mom and Angus talk until we got to the house. I got out slowly and my dad came out and supported me while we all went inside.
-
I got her settled in her room, hoping she liked the new bed blankets. "You okay?" I asked her and kissed her nose.
-
I smiled and nodded. "Yeah. I'll be up and about before you know it." I said softly, laying back. "I love the new bedspread, by the way."
-
"We will see." I said, smiling. "Just rest as much as you have too. And good, I'm glad." I said, kissing her lips sweetly.
-
I kissed him back lovingly as I sighed. "I love you." I laid back and closed my eyes, yawning softly.
-
"I love you too.." I said, and I brushed her hair from her face. I was glad she still had her hair. I knew she loved it, and the radiation was much better for her. The chemo would have been too much.. "When would be a good time for my brother to stop by?" I asked her, maybe in a few days or so.
-
I shrugged. "Whenever he pleases." I replied with a smile, kissing his hand lightly.
-
"I'll give it a few days." I said. I looked back into her eyes, just admiring her, that she was still here, and getting better. I didn't know what I would do without her, she kept me in line. "You get some rest okay? I don't want to bug you." I said, heading to the door
-
"You never bug me babe." I said with a chuckle, but I let him go and I fell asleep and took a nap for a few hours.
-
(Sorry!)
I woke her up a few hours later, and had her sit up for her medication. She had to take three types of meds. Some having to be two doses.
-
I took my medicine and sighed, leaning against him. "I can't wait until this is all over and I can be normal again.."
-
"Me too.." I said softly, and I pulled her close to me carefully. "You're doing so well.. You're being so strong.." I said, kissing her nose.
-
I smiled. "Thank you." I said softly. "So." I said, changing the subject. "When do you wanna start wedding planning?" I asked with a grin.
-
"What about now?" I said, smiling. "Where should it be?" I asked her. "Maybe in town.."
-
"In town?" I asked, cocking my head to the side. I grabbed my notebook. "Let's put down some ideas." I said. I wrote down town, by the beach, by the forest, in a church. We exchanged a lot of ideas and it was actually very fun.
-
"Okay.. How about.. Pink for the wedding theme?" I said, in a completely teasing and untruthful way, laughing at her expression. "What about blue? Everyone loved blue. But like a. . turquoise."
-
I giggled. "Maybe." I kissed his cheek and I got up to go to the bathroom. I then went to check and make sure my parents were getting along and they were sitting on the couch, talking softly to each other. I couldn't tell what they were saying though.
-
I did some research on locations and there was one place that lined up. La Push beach in Washington. Its right by a forest, and its a beach!
-
I went back up to my bedroom and sat next to him. "Whatcha lookin at?" I asked.
-
"Look at this." I said, and handed her my phone, the picture of the beach on it.

-
I grinned as I stared at the picture. "It's beautiful!"
-
"Its perfect. And only a state away." I said. "That's if you like it as much as I do "
-
"I love it." I said with a grin. "Oh, what if we did ocean colors? Ocean blue tuxes.. Sunset colored bridesmaid dresses.."
-
"Yes! That's perfect." I said, kissing her lips softly. "Its going to be amazing.."
-
I blushed and kissed him once more. "I'm so excited to become your wife." I said, taking his hand and lacing our fingers together.
-
"Really? Well, I'm excited to be your husband.." I said, and I hugged her gently. "How is your stomach?" I asked, she got the stitches out unusually early
-
"It's fine. The doctors said my skin healed really fast, which is why they went ahead and took them out." I said, lifting up my shirt. "You know I'm always fast when it comes to healing."
-
I smiled and nodded. "I swear you're almost immortal when it comes to that." I said, and kissed the top of her head. "Its great." I said
-
I smiled and nodded. "Yeah.." I cleared my throat. "So.. I saw my parents talking downstairs.. And they seem to be getting along really well. Surprisingly.."
-
"Yeah, I was just about to ask about that.. What do you think they are talking about?" I asked, I remembered seeing them talk, and the way they looked at each other was.. Different
-
I shrugged. "I don't know." I said thoughtfully, laying back. "I guess only time will tell.."
-
"Yeah.. Want to go to the fort?" I asked her, raising an eyebrow. Haven't been there since before her surgery.
-
I grinned. "Of course!" I replied and I got up and got dressed.
-
I smiled when she agreed and I got dressed as well, grabbing a couple cigarettes and sticking them in my pocket and we were out the door
-
Once we made it to the fort, I went and sat on the comfortable bed, crossing my legs Indian style.
-
I sat on the bed, and faced her, crossing my legs as well. "So. When do you think you will be all healed up completely?" I asked her.
-
I shrugged. "I don't know.. Hopefully soon. Why?" I asked, taking his hand.
-
"Because I miss you.." I said, leaning over and kiss in her lips softly, my hand caressing her side. We haven't done anything 'fun' in so , so long.
-
I closed my eyes and kissed him back gingerly, one of my arms wrapping around his neck. I miss him too.. We haven't really had any enjoyable moments in a long time..
