The Knight.

"I've been with her every day for months.." I whispered. Nova and my mother came a few hours later and Jay and I went to meet the band at Avalon Records.

When we got in the car, I rubbed her knee. "It will be okay, shes in good hands alright?" I said, and drove off to meet the band at the Avalon Records.

"Yes, I know.." I answered. We had a very happy reunion with George and Jason and then we went inside and met up with the manager.

We all talked about the record deal, and said we could start recording right away if we wantedn

I smiled and looked at the guys. "What do you say?" I asked.

"Lets do it." I said, rubbing my hands together, I ran my hand through my hair, and smiled. They had a drum set, guitar, a bass all in the recording studio , so we were good to go!

We spent hours recording. We had only 2 songs done. We'll have to come back tomorrow to finish.

I was tired, but I knew we really would be when we got back home. I opened the door to heat silence. Thats good. No crying baby.

My mother and Nova left and we took over. I changed her diaper, and then went to take a quick shower.

I held Delilah in my arms, my little nickname for her. And I was laying on the bed, she was on her stomach on my chest, sleeping. I kissed the top of her head. How adorable.. she was such a good baby. I felt my eyes get heavy, and I slowly closed them, my daugher sleeping on me.

I walked into the bedroom and slapped my hand over my mouth to keep from laughing. So adorable!! I gently picked up Autumn and took her to her nursery which was right next to our bedroom. I turned the baby monitor on and I went to join Jay in bed.

I opened my eyes when she walked back into the room. I smiled as she laid beside me, I pulled her close to me and I kissed her forehead. "Night." I said, before closing my eyes.

"Goodnight." I whispered, closing my eyes and falling into a blissful deep sleep.

I woke up in the middle of the night, two to be exact, and I heard fussing, and I got up, and I headed to little Autumns toom and I picked her up, and made her a bottle. "Shh.." I said softly, rubbing her back. I sat down in the chair, and held the bottle to her lips , smiling as she eagerly drank.

I woke up only for a few seconds, but fell asleep once it got quiet again. I carried her for eight months... I deserve sleep.

Once she was asleep, I set her back in her crib and I headed back to bed, plopping face down in the bed like a dead man, and fell back asleep..

The next morning, I woke up and attended to Autumn. I fed her and changed her diaper, then I sat in the rocking chair and rocked her, looking out the window,

I woke up, and I sat up, rubbing my eyes, seeing the bed was empty. I stood and headed to the nursery. "Hey." I said softly, leaning in the doorwayn

"Hello." I answered softly, looking up at him and smiling. "She's so well behaved. What time do we have to be at the studio?" I asked.

"She is. And.. three hours." I said, taking a moment to stretch. I walked over and kissed Annabelle sweetly, then little Autumn.

I smiled and put her back on her crib. I turned and wrapped my arms around Jay's neck, kissing him gently.

I kissed her back slowly, my hands pulling her body to mine. I pulled away from the kiss and then I placed a soft kiss onto her nose, grinning.

I scrunched up my nose cutely and smiled at him. "You know.. If our album becomes successful and we get asked to go on tour, we might not be able to take her with us.."

I sighed at what she said, and nodded. "You're right.. but.. it would only be a two month tour, and we would have your mom and Nova watching her." I said. But it broke my heart, just thinking about leaving my little girl for two months

I nodded and hugged him tightly, burying my face in his neck. "Don't look so sad..." I whispered.

"Sorry." I said softly, hugging her to me. "Ill go make some coffee." I sair, before kissing her head, and heading down the stairs and into the kitchen. I began to make coffee, and I leaned against the counter, waiting for it to brew.

I watched Autumn for a while. I put a binkie in her mouth when she began to cry, and then she was quiet once more. I went to the living room and sat on the couch, sighing.

I handed her some coffe, and I took a drink of mine, sighing, but then smiling when I heard Autumn startto fuss. I went and got her, and I rocked her In my arms gently as I ealked down the stairs. "Its okay, Little ass kicker." I said softly, and I sat beside Annabelle, and sighed happily as she calmed down, and rested her little head against my chest.

I smiled and looked at them as I sipped my coffee. "She adores you. She is gonna be a daddy's girl." I said with an admiring smile.

I chuckled, and shrugged. "She loves her mommy too." Isaid. "But, I think she will say Dada first." I challenged her, raising an eyebrow.
