The Knight.

I nodded. "... Yeah." I walked back inside and wrapped my arms around myself, trying to warm myself up. I sat on the bed. "I'm going to go back into acting." I said.

I followed back in, closing the doors behind us. "Acting? Thats actually not a bad idea." I said, plopping down at the foot of the bed.

I looked at him and smiled slightly. "I was in a few plays in my teenage years.. And I loved it. I want to try bigger things though."

"You could get some big spots, already having your name out there from the band." I said.

I nodded. "Yeah.." I answered with a small smile. I laid back in bed and yawned, closing my eyes.

"Come here.." I said, laying beside her and pulling her to me. I kissed her cheek and just whispered sweet nothings into her ear as we both drifted off to sleep..

He made me feel so happy. I was in a very happy mood when we fell asleep. I woke up to the sound of whimpering. I opened my eyes and moved Jay's arm so I could sit up. Autumn was standing at the foot of the bed. "What is it baby?" I asked. "I had a nightmare.." She whimpered. I held my arms out to her and she crawled into them. I hugged her to me and laid back,letting her rest her head on my shoulder. I rubbed her back and hummed to her softly.

I opened my eyes to see Autumns head on Annabelle's shoulder. "Bad dream?" I asked, and she nodded. "Sleep with Mommy and Daddy." I said, kissing her head softly.

We talked to her, sang to her, told her bedtime stories, until she finally fell back asleep. I looked over at Jay and smiled. "We're good parents." I whispered with a soft chuckle.

"Agreed." I whispered, leaning over and kissing Annabelle softly. "Night," I said, and I covered all of us up, and closed my eyes.

"Goodnight." I answered softly. I fell asleep. The next morning, I felt someone nudging me. "Mommyyyy I'm hungry." Autumn whined. I opened my eyes and sighed, yawning. I got up. "Okay. Come on poppet." I said, using my nickname for her. I led her to the kitchen and I made her toast and an egg.

I sat up, and I rubbed my eyes after I heard them get up. I headed downstairs, and I checked the callender. "A week until daddy's birthday." I said .

I looked up and smiled. "Anything specific you want?" I asked. I sat on the counter and chewed on a piece of toast.

"2014 mustang." I said, chuckling. "Nah, I got everything I want." I ran over to little Autumn, and picked her up and blew on her neck, laughing as she did so also. "And I have the best daughter and wife in the world."

I smiled at him. He's so wonderful with kids. "She's our little miracle baby." I said with a smile. She really is..

I looked over at Annabelle, and nodded. "Yes, yes she is." I said, and I set Autumn down. "Tickle monster!" I said, laughing as she ran off, me walking after her, my hands up ready to tickle.

I chuckled and shook my head, sipping my orange juice. I went upstairs and got ready for the day. I picked up Autumn and kissed her cheek. "Wanna go see Uncle Nova?" I asked.

I got ready also, and I heard a very excited little girl yelling "Yes! Lets go Momma. Let's go!" I laughed, and shook my head. She was such a little dork.

We got ready and then I put Autumn in the car seat. We went to the hospital and I led Autumn to Nova's room.

I followed closely behind, and I smiled, seeing Autumn run up to his bed. "Momma, Nova has boo boos." She said, worriedly, reaching out and touching Nova's hand

"I'm fine little raven." Nova answered, using his nickname for her. Autumn adores Nova. I smiled and kissed Nova's forehead. "How are you feeling?" I asked. He shrugged. "Fine I guess."

I picked up Autumn and had her sit on the edge of the bed, she had the biggest smile on her little face.

Nova listened to every single one of Autumn's babbling stories. I her some ice cream to get her to be quiet for a bit. "I decided to get back into acting." I told Nova. He grinned. Nova's an amazing actor. He's been a guest star in a few shows and he had a minor role in a movie once.

"OwOwOwwie." Autumn said as she touched her forehead. "Daddy I got a freezebrain!" She said, exitedly, making me laugh. I watched as nova grinned up at Annabelle. "I think she really should consider it," I said, to them

"She should!" Nova laughed. "One time we were in a play together as brother and sister, and it was her first play, and she had to slap me. On opening night, instead of stage slapping me, she actually slapped me!"

"Mommy thats not nice." Autumn said, so much for keeping her quiet. I chuckled at the thing Nova said, and I looked at Annabelle, grinning. "Mommy is a meanie." I teased, winking at her jokingly

I stuck my tongue out at him. "It was funny though!" My mother came in a few minutes later and was excited to see her granddaughter. She spoils Autumn to death.

I smiled as Grace took Autumn and kept her occupied. "Sounded funny." I said, and I sat beside Annabelle. "I actually was in a play in fourth grade. I was a rock."

I slapped my hand over my mouth and giggled. "I bet you were a very cute rock." I said in a baby voice, kissing his cheek.

"I wanted a part so bad! So the lady made me a rock. I didnt have any lines, I just sat there. And.. Was a rock. My Mom has pictures." I said, laughing some more

I started having images in my head of little Jay being a rock and it only made me laugh harder. Nova seemed to have to same mind set because he was laughing so hard that it hurt him a little.

We all sat there, just laughing, then it calmed down. I wiped the tears that formed in my eyes. "Wow.. Phew.." I said, taking a big breath, still smiling.

I took deep breaths and finally calmed down. I sat back and took a sip of my soda.

I leaned over and took a drink of mine., "So, yeah. What's the worst role you guys have played?" I asked them,.

"I once was an ugly crazy guy. It was an extra role in a show." Nova said. "I was a preppy girl in a play. It was awful." I answered.

I chuckled, my stomach already hurting from laughing so much. "Those roles do not fit you guys at all." I said, and I took Annabelles hand. "Like.. Oh my god." I said all preppy.

I laughed out loud and slapped his arm playfully. "Don't mock me!"

"OhEmGee." I mumbled, laughing once more. I leaned over and kissed her cheek. "I'm just playing." I said.

I stuck my tongue out at him. "I'm tired." Nova mumbled. I smiled and kissed his forehead. "Thanks for kicking us out so nicely." I teased.

I wondered why Autumn was so quiet, and I looked over seeing she was asleep on Graces lap, I chuckled, and we said our goodbyes and I then picked up Autumn and we headed home.
