Cautious Love

"We can.. I.. I'll sell my car, and we can get an apartment." I said, looking at her, then outside at my car.

I shook my head. "No.. You love your car. And quite frankly, an apartment won't be suitable for a baby.. And I don't want to leave my mother alone."

"Your mother's never home anyway hon.." I said, and I thought for a while. "Ill have to get back to work soon if we want a little house or something." I said

"Let's not worry about that right now, okay?" I asked, pecking his lips

"Okay.." I said and I kissed ber back softly. I felt dizzy, probably a side effect from my medicine.

I pulled away and moved from his lap, laying down. "I'm tired.."

"Rest okay? Ill be right here.." I said softly. I covered her up, and I held her close to me, and I let her get comfortable.

And I did just that. I fell asleep comfortably in his arms. The next morning I woke up and took a shower and got ready for the dr appointment.

(I have another idea after a little while.. lol this roleplay will be getting beat up , haha, so after a few days, what if one of them falls down the stairs and hits their head really hard, and forgets everything? Maybe Angus? But of course it comes back eventually.)


I took the shower with her, and I got ready as well, I was very excited nonetheless. When both ready, wr headed to the appointment.

We checked in and I got put in a hospital gown. They laid me down and put that stuff on my stomach then they put the camera thingy on. We watched the screen and the nurse frowned. "There's.. Nothing there." She said. I frowned. "What?" The nurse looked just as confused. "You're not pregnant. You probably took a bad test."

It took a few times of replaying the nurses words over and iver again in my brain. "Wow.." I said. I felt like a complete idiot. I was both severely disappointed and very relieved at the same time. We just neede more time, and more money before a kidn

I put my clothes on and thanked the nurse before leaving. I was sad. But relieved. We have our whole lives to have children. "I'm an idiot." I said on the way home. "I should have known I wasn't pregnant. It was impossible. I should have double checked. And we got in that fight for nothing. I'm sorry."

"No youre not, shush." I said, at her calling herself an idiot. This whole situation was just a little misunderstanding mostly, both ends it looked kind of bad. I patted her knee at a red light. "Dont worry hun, its okay, thats behind us now. And maybe we should get you on the pill, just to be safe and not get another scare, and when we are ready, you kust stop taking it." I said, shrugging

I nodded. "Yeah.." I answered. I sighed and looked at him. "I guess it's good that I'm not pregnant.. Because now I can go into the military."

When we pulled up, she said that. I put the car in neutral and put the parking break on. I looked over at her, worry clear in my eyes. "Youre still set on that, I see.." I said softly, hiding best I could how much I did not want her to do that.. "Why cant you.. be a chef, or a hair dresser.. what about a cop?"

I sighed. "I don't want to be a cop. I don't want to arrest people and have to deal with all of that.. I want to fight for this country." I said, looking down.

I took a shaky breath, and I got out of the car and closed the door. I was terrified beyond belief.. what if I lost her? What would I do? I would have no one!

I watched him, feeling a little bad. I understand the fear.. I'm scared too. I slowly got out and followed him. "... I'm sorry."

"For what? You're not doing anything wrong." I said, and I opened the door and let us both in. She knew that I liked to distant myself when I knew someone was leaving.. it was just a bad severe habit, but I knew she would be on top it and not let that happen.

I grabbed his hand and turned him around. "Hey. I'm not going anywhere, okay?" I breathed, kissing his cheek.

"Not yet.." I commented, and I kissed her back softly, and I hugged her to me, and I gave her neck a couple sweet kisses.. "Dont let me control you, or let me stop you from doing what you want."

"I'm not leaving you. I don't need to be in the military.. I'll go to school for language and become a translator. We'll get to travel."

"No. You can do the military, you talk about it alot, dont worry about me okay, babe? Sleep on it for a while.." I said, lissing her head.

I sighed and squeezed his hand before walking to my room and laying down. Today was just a bad day..

A few days passed and I tried my best to encourage her to do what she wanted with the military thing. "Go sign up. Ill take you." I said, really serious. Sure I would miss her, but from what ive seen from Her, she can really kick some serious ass.

"No. I already made up my mind. I want to stay with you. You only live once." I said, kissing his cheek. I couldn't be away from him for that long..

I smiled, and nodded. "Well, alright then." I said, and I kissed her cheek. I stood and I walked up the stairs to use the bathroom. When done, I started to walk down, then I completely missed a step.. then I blacked out agter hitting my head on something.
Then I opened my eyes. Where the hell am I?..

I heard a lot of banging and I rushed to see that Angus had fallen down the stairs. I rushed down to him and grabbed his hand. "Babe? Are you okay?"

I slowly took my hand away, and I sat up more, leaning against the wall, and I groaned, my head hurting very bad.. "what happened?.. who are you?" I asked the girl, looking at her, really confused..

"Who.. Am I?..." I asked, bewildered. Did he lose his memory? This isn't good.. "You fell down the stairs. Come on, I'm taking you to the hospital." I said, helping him to his feet.

"Okay.." I said, not knowing who I was myself, who she was, or where I was! Once in the car I looked over at the beautiful girl. "Are you my sister? I hope not. Because it would be wrong of me to think about how incredibly gorgeous you are." I said.

I chuckled. "Lucky for you, I'm your girlfriend." I said, as I drove to the hospital.

My eyes widened. "What..?" I said, in shock. "Im so damn lucky.." I said. "But. I don remember anything.." I said.

"I know. That's why I'm taking you to the hospital." I said soothingly. We soon made it and I checked him in and got him a room.

Once in the room I sighed, and I looked at mt bracelet. My name was Angus.. hmm.. I looked over at the girl. "You never told me your name."

"Astoria." I answered softly, watching him. I can't believe this happened.. What if this is permanant? He forgot all about me and our memories.. The doctor scanned his brain and said that he's suffering from amnesia. It's hard to say if it'll be long lasting. I sure hope not.

The doctor also told me that I couldnt sleep for another six hours. It was six in the afternoon! .. He then looked at Astoria, I think thats her name, and gave her a nod, and told her to make sure I stay up. Then he dismissed us.
I ws actually very tired, and not looking forward to staying up like that.

I drove silently home, then I got out of the car and went into the house. "Do you need any ice for your head?" I asked him.

I shook my head. "No thank you.." I said softly. I laid down on the couch, bending my legs if she wanted to sit also. And out of forgetting, I closed my eyes, sighing..

I sat down on the couch and turned up the TV. "Hey." I said, nudging his leg. "Don't fall asleep."
