The Knight.

I scooped Autumn up and left the room to leave Jay alone with his parents.

"Jay. Im so sorry that we didnt tell you sooner. We.. just wanted to protect you.. because we knew that if we told you, that you would want to know where your real parents were." She said, wiping her eyes. "Your father had killed your mother, and.. he is in jail for the rest of his life." She said, breathing out. I hugged her, then my dad. "Its okay.. im not angry .."

I went to the bathroom to give Autumn a bath. Her eyes were open now. They changed from brown to a beautiful sparkling blue. I put on a bathing suit and sat in the tub with her, the water only about 6 inches. I washed her carefully. She cried only a little bit.

After a while of just chatting, my parents left, headingto the hotel. I headed upstairs to the bathroom, to see little Autumn in the bath with her mommy. She was a bit fussy about it but not bad. "Wow.. she has my eyes." I said softly, leaning down by the bathtub

I smiled and looked up at him. "One day.. A boy is going to fall in love with her eyes. Just like I fell in love with yours." I said sweetly.

I chuckled, and I leaned down and kissed them both sweetly. "They have to treat her well though." I said, grinning. "Jesse is coming by later, he is having problems with Macy.." I said, they also just had a kid, a little boy named Charnley. When I had talked to him last, Macy was packing, going to leave him and her own kid.

I frowned. "I never liked Macy... He deserves better than that!" I shook my head and got out of the tub, drying off both of us. "How can a mother abandon her child? I couldn't do it." I said, looking down at Autumn fondly.

"Shes such a bad person. Hes taking it pretty rough.. they will both be over. Maybe the two can have a play date." I said, smiling at Autumn. He was only a few days older.

I grinned. "They can be childhood sweethearts!" I said with a laugh, handing Autumn to Jay.

I chuckled, and nodded. "Definitely."I said, kissing her head siftly, and heading to get her dressed. She was like a little chubby fish. A cute one

I took a quick shower, and then I got dressed and looked presentable. Jesse soon came over with Charnley. I fixed Jesse a drink since he looked miserable.

I set Autumn in the little rocker, and I took Charnley as he sat down, taking a drink. "Thank you." He told her. I patted his back. "It will be alright, okay?"

"I don't know.." Jesse mumbled. I sat on the other side of him. "Your little boy is going to need you now more than ever. You have to be strong for him. You'll have to be both father and mother."

I smiled as Charnley fell asleep, I laid him in his car seat that was brought in, and set him beside Autumn. I walked over and rubbed his shoulders. "Mr.Mom. I know you can do it. We are here.for you too."

Jesse took another sip of his drink and he sighed, nodding. "Thanks guys." He mumbled. I ruffled his hair and got up, walking to the kitchen to prepare dinner.

Him and I sat and chatted as Annabelle made Dinner. We talked about other things to help get his mind off things. We even had a laugh or two.

I made steak and mashed potatoes. I fixed them plates and handed them to them. I fed the babies, and then I finally sat down to eat my own dinner.

After a long eveny, Jesse left with Charnley, and I picked up Delilah and I fed her , her baby formula. "Shes so chill. You have to wake her up and feed her." I said with a chuckle

I smiled. "Thank god for that! At least we get to have some shut eye." I replied, as I cleaned up the kitchen.

After I burped her, I laid her back down inthe rocker, and I walked up behind Annabelle, and I kissed her neck softly. "Go rest, ill clean." I said softly.

I looked up at him and shook my head. "It's okay, I'm almost done." I replied. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him softly. "I miss you." I mumbled with a frown. I don't blame anyone though. We have more important things to worry about..

My hands slowly wrapped around her waist, pulling her body to mine I kissed her sweetly , and I looked into her eyes as I pulled away. "I miss you too." I said, my hands going a bit lower, squeezing playfully. I chuckled softly

I giggled and blushed. "My body doesn't look the same.." I mumbled. "I have to get back in shape.." I wasn't fat, I just had to loose the little weight of pregnancy. It's not a model's body.. And I have stretchmarks.

I shook my head , and kissed her forhead softly. "I dont care. Youre always beautiful no matter what to me." I said. "Maybe you and I can hit the gym tomorrow." I said, something that has bevime a habit for me

I nodded. "Yeah...." I kissed his jaw gently, closing my eyes and taking in his scent. I can't believe I almost wanted to leave this guy not too long ago...

"I love you." I said, smiling as she took a deep breath. "Ill call your mom and ask. She lives little Autumn." I said, kissing her nose before pulling away and picking up the hone phone

I nodded and went upstairs. I changed clothes and laid in bed, hugging a pillow to my chest. It's a comfort thing to me.

After her mom agreed, I hung up, and put little Delilah in the Nursery, and I went to bed, after changing into pjs. I laid beside Annabelle, and I kissed her shoulder softly.

I smiled and turned to look at him. I took his hand and intertwined our fingers, kissing the back of his hand lovingly.

I kissed her nose, before pulling the blankets over us, and closing me eyes, smiling as I felt our legs slowly intertwine

I smiled. It was such a beautiful and loving embrace. I sighed and closed my eyes, listening to the beating of our hearts.

After a long while, I heard fussing, then a cry. I groaned , and sat up. Baby duty.

I opened my eyes. "Baby.. I can get it.. You've been doing a lot of night baby duties.. You need a break."

I didnt argue, I plopped back down, and curled back up under the covers. I mumbled a thank you, and went back to sleep.

I got up and sat in the nursery. I fed her and them changed her diaper. I let her rest on my chest as I rocked back and forth on the rocking chair, singing to her softly. After she fell asleep, I finally put her back in her crib and I went to bed.

I groaned as I saw the light coming into the room, I reached over, and pulled Annabelle closr to.me, and I kissed her shoulder softly, and sweetly.

I smiled and turned my head to peck his lips softly. It was so wonderful.. My life. Perfect husband, perfect family, perfect band.. I never thought I would be this happy.

I opened my eyes, and sat up, groaning. "Wow. I haven't slept that good in a while." I said softly.

I smiled. "I'm glad you got a good night's sleep." I said, looking up at him lazily.

"Can you say the same?" I asked looking downat her, I think Autumn was up twice last night.
