Stop and Stare

"Long, boring,"I said softly as I set my backpack down and dropped onto our bed, shaking my head lightly.

I sighed as I typed. "Yeah me too..." I answered. After a few minutes I finally finished my essay and I sent it to my professor and closed my laptop.

I got up and leaned down, wrapping my arms around her from behind,"There's a party tonight, the dom is throwing it since it is Halloween and all... Do you wanna go?"

I rubbed my eyes and sighed, looking up at her. "Yeah, sure. That sounds fun." I said softly, smiling gently.

"If you're too tired, we can stay in,"I said gently, massaging her shoulders as I stood straight. She seemed exhausted.

I shook my head and looked up at her. "I'm fine baby. Really." I said with a smile. I stood up and kissed her cheek.

I smiled,"Yay,"I said softly, kissing her lips lightly.

I kissed her back for a moment then I pulled back. "What should we wear?" I asked.

"Uhm... I don't know,"I said with a soft smile, moving to my closet,"I think I'll just wear some jeans and a corset.

"I'll wear a dress or something." I said with a chuckle, pulling a random dress out.

I chuckled and began to change, dark jeans and a black leather corset.

I got dressed in a drank purple, short, tight dress with black heels. I curled my long red hair and did my makeup.

I smiled at her,"I feel underdressed..."

I smiled and kissed her cheek gently. "You look amazing."

"And so do you,"I said with a smile, kissing her cheek and taking her hand,"Come on..."

I nodded. We walked to the party, hand in hand. It was a large party with lots of food and lots of dancing.

I smiled, grinning. It was a nice break from the madness. We shared a few drinks and talked with our friends, hanging out.

We danced for a while and just had fun. I didn't drink too much, I mostly drank soda.

I kissed her cheek gently and smiled before walking away, talking to a few of my classmates.

I danced with some friends and hung out, then I just sat down at a table and sipped some wine, listening to the loud music.

One of my classmates laughed and pulled some pills from his pocket, passing them around. I stared at it, unsure. I used to be an addict, but what could one pill do? I glanced at Luna through the crowd and shook my head, handing the pill back to him.

After a while the music began to give me a headache so I walked outside and leaned against the railing of the porch. A girl offered me a cigarette and I declined her offer since I promised my family I wouldn't smoke anymore.

I looked around for Luna, but she was no where in the room... Did she leave? I frowned and sighed, moving around the room. My classmate offered me another pill and I took it. What could go wrong?

I walked back in a few minutes later and some random dude offered me a pill. "No thanks.." I muttered. "Aw come on! It's a happy pill!" I frowned. "I don't do drugs you dipshit." He shrugged. "Well your girlfriend didn't seem to care..." "What?!" I looked around furiously for her. How can she be so fucking stupid?!

I was standing in the corner with a few friends, sipping from a water bottle. The drugs weren't having much of an effect on me, not yet at least. I was used to them. Things were a bit silly, though.

I found her in the corner and I grabbed her hand, pulling her outside without a word. I turned around and looked at her, showing her the pill. "What the hell is this?"

"That is,"I said, picking the small item from her hand,"That's a pill. Probably ecstasy or something,"I added, setting it back into her palm,"What's this about?"

I glared at her as I threw the pill away. "Why are you taking pills? You cant take random pills from someone! Do you have any idea how fucking dangerous that is?!"

I stared at her,"Are you fucking kidding me Luna? You think I took something random from someone I don't know?" I didn't know what to say or what to do. I was shocked. She really thought I was that stupid? "Incase you didn't know, I have plenty of experience with drugs. And the people in that room. I know what I took and who I was taking it from. Dumbass thought he had something good, it was nothing more than a pharmacy grade ibuprofen. Makes pain go away, in some people it causes drowsiness and halucinations. Are you fucking happy?"

"I don't care what drug it is it's still fucking dangerous and stupid Broady! You stopped for a reason baby. I dont want you to start again!" I crossed my arms over my chest and looked her dead in the eye.
