It takes a lot for me to love a lady artist. And there is just something distinct about her music and voice. I got hooked within a second.

I'll agree there are not many artists like her. Late Night Alumni is the closest I got. And Emmy Rossum (sp?). But even they are very different. ^.^;;

For the record, whoever posted the Kesha/Beatles remix, I finally listened to it and it's awesome. xD I think Beatles songs lend themselves well to remixes, they can be too slow in retrospect.
