The Knight.

I smiled. "We can always visit. I'm glad your family likes me." I said, looking up into his eyes.

"Definitely.. " I said. "And I don't think they like you. THey love you." I said, hugging her. "See that land over there? Across the water? Thats Canada." I said.

I smiled. "Beautiful." I whispered. I ran my fingertips up and down his arm, ansentmindely. "Babe..." I mumbled. "Who was that guy in the picture?"

I looked over at her, and sighed.. "My friend David.. He died in a car wreck six years ago.." I said. "I was the driver..."

I looked up at him. "I'm so sorry baby.." I whispered. I sat up and took his hands, kissing them gently. I had no idea..

I nodded, and I felt my eyes start to water up. "I feel that it Was my fault.“ I said, and I wiped my eyes quickly. The guilt has never left me

I gently hugged him, letting him rest his head on my chest. I stroked his hair gently. "I'm sure he doesn't blame you baby.." I whispered.

"I still cant helo but feel a little guilty." I said, quietly, resting my head on her chest. "He was my best friend."

I kissed the top of his head. "You need closure, baby.." I hugged him tightly. "You should go visit his grave."

I nodded.. "Yes.. we will in the morning before we leave in the morning.." I said, slowly standing. "I hate crying." I said softly.

I smiled and stood up, standing up on my tippy toes to kiss his cheek. "It's okay to cry.. It's unhealthy if you let your emotions remain bottled up inside for too long."

I nodded. "I guess thats true." I said. "Now.. lets be happy. Lrts go back inside." I said, and I kissed her cheek, and headed back inside with her. "You okay?" My mom asked. "Yeah.." I said, smiling.

We decided to all go into town to show me the sights and stuff. I held hands with Jay as we saw a beautiful flower shop. "It's so tropical here." I said with a giggle. "Jay?" A voice said from behind us. We turned and a pretty blonde girl with brown eyes jogged over to us.

"Yeah, its both Woodsy and tropical . Kind of." I said. Was that who I thought it was? I turned around to see Lola. "Lola?" I asked, and she nodded, I quickly hugged her. "Hpw have you been ?" She asked. "Ive been good. This is Lola, Annabelle. And Annabelle, this is Lola." I said.

I smiled politely and shook her hand. Her smile faltered slightly when she saw our hands. "It's uh.. Nice to meet you." She said slowly. I pulled my hand back and tucked my hair behind my ear awkwardly. "You too."

"We, .. have to get on our way. It was nice seeing you." I said to her before tugging Annabelle. Along. "Shes my ex." I said, and I made sure we were not being followed. "Shes crazy."

I squeezed his hand. "Well, you're probably gonna meet some of my ex boyfriends eventually too." I mumbled, looking around distractedly.

I paused. "I thought Dustin was your first boyfriend..?" I asked her, confused.

I smiled at him. "He was." I said. I giggled. "I've been on a few dates before Dustin, and some of them thought that meant we were serious. Insane." I rolled my eyes. "Dustin was my first 'serious' relationship."

"Well. If they get in our way ill let them know that youre taken, and they best back off." I said. "Lets go in this shop." I said. It was a jewelry shop, a locally owned. They jad lots of sea glass jewellery. It was very pretty..

I looked around. "Oh, so pretty!" I said with a grin, looking at the beautiful jewelry. I've never seen anything like this before..

"Wow.. look at the rings." I said, and I picked out a ring on display, and took her hand and slipped it on. "Wow.. pretty.." I said. "Would you like it?"

I blushed. It definitely is beautiful.. And it makes my eyes stand out.. But it's so expensive. I shook my head. "No.... I can't let you do that."

"Please, let me get it for you." I said. And I took it off herfinger slowly, and went and paid for it. I came back, and took it out of the bag and slipped it on her finger. "With how much you have helped me, you deserve that." I said, kissing her forehead.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed his lips softly. "I love you.." I whispered when I pulled away.

I hugged her softly. "I love you too dear.. " I said, and I took her hand. "Lets go." I said, and walked out the shop with her.

We looked at a few more shops, then we went to dinner at a sushi place, then we went back to his house. It was around 7. I grinned at Jay. "Today was so fun."

"It was." I said, and I kissed her gently. It was our last night here. We had dinner, and it was pretty much the same as last night, a lot of fun.
The next morning, we said our goodbyes , and I promised to come back again soon, and to keep in contact. Shewas driving this time. We just drove to the dock, and the farrie was there in a heartbeat. The boat ride should only be 45 minutes.

After the boat ride was over, I had to drive through a lot of snowy mountains, slowly. I pulled over so Canada could pee, and then we finally made it to my hometown, Fernie Canada. I smiled. It's so beautiful here. We drove for awhile, then I finally drove up to a very large mansion in the middle of meadow, woods surrounding us. 200 acres.
