came back here reminiscing over my old characters haha.
i started playing here when i was in middle school! now i'm finishing up my first year of art college but i'm still an avid roleplayer. you guys really helped feed my need for ocs haha! thank you.

Holy shit, I just came back... like on a whim. Just to see if this place was still kicking around. And IT IS. It's a ghost town with some occasional wanderers but... the ghost is STILL HERE.
Reading these last few posts is getting me really emotional. It's been so so long. I wonder what everyone is like now? What everyone is up to? I haven't roleplayed since the end of this place... I miss it. I miss you guys. The good, the bad and the chaotic.

i find myself coming back here all the time because of the sheer amount of creative stuff here. every once in a while ill read through old rp threads or OC prompt threads because there's so much inspiration. incredible how much incredible writing is held here. i still use some of the old prompt threads to make characters now for campaigns too, actually, or for help on campaign making.
wild to think how long its been since it all started.

2022 post here to say: damn, if I can convince some folks this might not be a bad place to run some text-based ttrpgs like Alice is Missing. If y'all haven't played it, you should!
Alice is Missing is so time-based it might not work, though. Maybe something asynchronous would be better. Fragmented, for example, would work great here. Just a thought.
