I flinched when we spun me around and once more when he set me down. I nodded. "Yeah, me too. What kind of music would you like to do? Rock? Heavy metal? Alternative?"
"Im thinking like the band Volbeat. A little heavy, but nottoo bad kind of rock." I said.
(Listen to Lola Montez by Volbeat to see what I mean.)
((I can't.. I'm watching a movie .. Like Evanescence type stuff?))
I nodded. "Sounds good!" I said, sitting back down on the couch.
(Yeah. Very similar. Should we skip to when they are on their way to Canada?)
((Yeah!))
And the road trip started. We ended up selling my car, and taking hers, and using the car money for the trip. We decided to drive. The best way. "Next stop, Mt.Vernon Washington." I said, buckling in. We had a huge u-haul behind us, one of the moving guys driving it. We didnt have too much stuff, so the one was perfect.
I drove half of the way, and then I let him drive the other half. "What's that place you want to go? The one with your parents?"
"Well. San Juan. Its an island, and theres a farrie we catch at the docks at Mt.Vernon. Also where I grew up. And then a couple days later, we take a farrie down to the coast of Canada." I said.
I nodded. "Sounds amazing." I said. We pulled over so Canada could pee, then we were on the road again. My stitches were out and I was almost completely healed.
The drive was almost over, only 30 more minutes, now driving through Seattle. "I love this down, hate the traffic." I said, stopping at another light. "Almost there." I said, giving her knee a squeeze.
((its funny cuz I might move to Washington lol))
I jumped slightly. "Hey! That tickled." I said with a giggle, blushing and looking out the window
(Really?! Please move to the tri-cities. I need new friends, haha. Its really not bad out here, and Seattle is a 4 hour drive away.)
"Good." I said, sticking my tongue out at her. Soon, we were pulled up, waiting in the car line for the Farrie to get there.

((It'll be in Marblemount.))
I sighed and took a bite of my McDonalds French fry and looking out the window. "I am way too impatient." I said with a chuckle.
(Ooh, okay. Thats so far, haha.)
"We only have to wait an hour." I said, leaning back in my seat. "It goes by quick." I said.
((Aww :( Maybe we could go to Seattle on the same day someday lol))
I looked over at him and reached over, stroking his hair. "You're so handsome." I whispered.
(Yeah, haha. It would be fun. C: )
"And you.. are beautiful." I said, and I kissed her softly. I turned around to see Canada laying down, asleep on the seats. "I wish I could sleep on car rides."
I nodded. "Yeah, me too." I replied. I finished my fries and leaned back, closing my eyes tiredly.
"Rest, ill wake you when we are onthe island." I said, covering her with a blanket we had by Canada.
"Okay..." I whispered with a yawn. I turned the radio up a little bit and I quickly fell asleep. I was excited, but nervous to meet his parents. What if they hate me?
I knew my parents would love her. They were the sweetest people. My dad had his moments, but my mom, herand I were very close. I just hope they are okay, doing well..
I woke up a while later and sat up, yawning and stretching. "What time is it?" I asked sleepily.
We were on the boat now. "Three." I said. "Slept two hours." I said, smiling over at her.
"Oh damn, I'm so sorry. You should get some rest baby." I said, leaning over and kissing his cheek.
I shrugged. "Im not tired." I said, smiling after her lips left my cheek.
"Well, okay." I leaned back and grinned. "So I texted my little drummer friend and he's totally interested. And he also happens to know a bass player named George."
"Really?" I asked, sitting up. "This is great." Isaid, rubbing my hands together. "I really cant wait."
"Me neither!" I replied, leaning forward and kissing him. "It's going to be great." I whispered.
A few more hours went by, and.. we pulled up to my parents house.. so nervous. I held my head in my hands. "I dont know if I can do this.."
I gently rubbed my back. "It'll be okay.. Hey." I whispered, tilting his chin up to look at me. "I'll be by your side the whole time." I said with a reassuring smile.
I took a deep breath, and nodded. "Okay.." I said and kissed her gently. "Lets go.." I said. I got out, and opened the door for her, I took her hand and walked up to the door. I knocked.. and waited. I looked up as it opened. "Jay.. honey.." my mom said, tears coming to her eyes. She pulled me into a tight hug. "Mom.." I said, hugging her tight..
I smiled. It was such a heart warming moment. And Jay has her eyes. "And who is this?" His mother asked, shooting me a sweet smile. I stepped forwards and shook her hand. "I'm Annabelle Parker." I answered with a polite smile.
"This is my girlfriend.." I said, taling Anna's hand. "Oh its so nice to meet you dear." She said, hugging her. "Please come in. John will be back soon." She said, having us come in and sit down. "Johns my dad." I whispered to Anna. I was very happy.. I really was, I missed this, my parents.. "Mom.. can I talk to you?" I asked her, and I kissed Anna's forhead before walking over to her. "Im sorry.. about. That one night five years ago." I began. "Oh dear.. dont worry about that. Im just glad that youre home, okay? I love you no matter what." She said. "Thank you mom.." I said, hugging her.
I smiled. I just hope my family's just as forgiving. I looked around. It's a really nice home. There's a lot of pictures of Jay when he was a kid. He was such an adorable child!
"How long will you guys stay?" My mom asked. I took Annas hand and shrugged. "Two days. We were going to stay at the hotel up the road. " I said. "Nonsense. You guys can stay here, in your bedroom Jay. It's the guest bedroom now." She said. I glanced over at Anna. "Yeah?"
I looked up at Jay and nodded, "Yeah sure." I looked over at his mother. "Are you allergic to dogs? Because I have a husky with me..." She smiled at me. "That's perfectly fine. I love dogs." I smiled and squeezed Jay's hand. I like his mom already.
"We are dog people around here, hun." She said, smiling. "Where is she?" She asked. "Ill run out and get her. Shes asleep in the car." I said, chuckling. I walked outside and picked her up and set her in the grass so she could pee. She was a deep sleeper. When she was done I picked her up and walked into the house, laughing quietly at my moms expression. She loved Huskys.
I smiled and watched as Canada cautiously approached his mother, sniffing her shoe. "Her name is Canada. She still a puppy.." But she doesn't look like one. She's about the size of a large Pomeranian.
"She looks like a Pomsky." I said, watching as my Mom pet her softly, and smiled as Canada licked her hand. "What a sweetie." She said. I looked up as my Dad walked in. "Oh, John . Jay is back, this is his girlfriend Annabelle." She said, and my Dad shook Annas hand, and I looked up at him as he looked down "Son.." and he hugged me.
I smiled. How heartwarming.. I chatted softly with his mother. "So, what do you do?" She asked me. "I don't really have a job right now.. But I used to be really big into music. My mom went to Julliard, she's a violinist. Grace Parker." I said. His mother gasped. "Your mother is Grace Parker? Oh I love her work!"
My dad and I just chatted for a little, he was happy to see that I found someone I love, and he was glad I was back. I overheard what Annabelle said, and I looked over. "Grace parker ? I didnt know that." I said, smiling, my mom loved her, and her music. "When Annabelle and I get to Canada, we are going to start our own band." I mentioned
