"Lav.." I said, standing.. After a few momenta I walked after her, and I sat on the bench. . "I'm sorry.. I wish something was going on between us. But, I don't know how to approach it. I don't know what to do. I'm new at this. And.. I'm scared that I'll mess up somehow ." I said, touching her arm.. "And I don't mean to keep hurting you.."
-
I pulled my arm away and sighed. "You're not hurting me. I'm hurting myself." I looked down. "You're better off without me anyway.. I'm toxic." I wiped away a tear. "Its probably for the best."
-
My heart clenched when she pulled her arm away from my touch.. "I just want a chance.." I said softly. "Please..." I said. "There's no one else I've ever felt this way towards before.." I said.
-
I turned to look at her. "I don't want to hurt you.." I whispered, looking down at my lap.
-
"I'm just asking for a chance.." I said, looking at her. "I won't hurt you.." I said softly.
-
I slowly looked up into her eyes. "Okay." I whispered.
-
"Really?" I said softly, smiling at her. My whole mood made a complete turn. Was this the start of something?
-
I smiled slightly and nodded. "Yeah.." I answered softly. My heart is racing..
-
I couldn't help but pull her into a sweet hug.. "Thank you.." I said gently, rubbing her back .
-
I hugged her back and rested my face in her neck, closing my eyes. I smiled and hugged her tighter.
-
I pulled back and looked at her. "Let's go back inside." I said, and I stood, holding my hand out to her.
-
I nodded and took her hand, standing up and lacing our fingers together. We walked back to the dorm together, feeling considerably happier.
-
Once back at the dorm, I sat on my bed, and watched as she did the same. I criss crossed my legs and faced her. "So, you never really said what classes you ended up with?"
-
"Musical theory, performing arts, and german." I said, resting my chin on my knees.
-
I nodded, smiling. "I have Art, photography, and Volleyball. Not a class, but its something I have to get to in a couple hours." I said. "Will you go to my games?" I asked her
-
I smiled. "Of course. If you go to my plays." I said, looking up at her.
-
"Its a deal." I said, smiling. "Do you know what okays there will be this year?" I asked her
-
"Not yet." I replied, laying back and sighing. "But I'll let you know."
-
I smiled and nodded. "I can't wait." I said, lookin down at my lap. "You know, at the club this weekend, your first three shots are free. " I said softly.
-
I looked over at her and smiled. "Sounds like a fun time." I said, watching her. She's so beautiful..
-
"You're well enough to go, right?" I asked, a hint of worey in my voice. I wasn't really there for her through that, well, as much as I would have liked to be.
-
I nodded. 'Yeah." I replied. I turned on my side, facing her. "I feel great."
-
I smiled. "I'm glad. You really had me worried for a while there." I said, looking down, messing with the strings on my long skirt mindlessly.
-
I smiled. "I'm just fine." I said, biting my lip. I closed my eyes and sighed.
-
"Tired?" I asked softly, rubbing her arm. She was beautiful.. She really was. I was nervous, I don't know why.. This all is so new to me.
-
I opened my eyes and looked up at her. "No." I answered. I sat up and looked into her eyes. "Are you?"
-
"Yeah.. I didn't sleep well last night. Im just kind of drained overall." I said, brushing my hair back from my face, remembering my neck, it must look horrible..
-
I frowned and gently touched her neck, resting my forehead against her. "I'll kill that bastard.."
-
"Can I help?".. I asked, and cracked a small smile before leaning against her lightly.. She made me feel safe, secure. .
-
I smiled. "Always." I replied. I looked up into her eyes before leaning up and pressing my lips to hers.
