JD snagged Silver’s hand and led her away. To be honest he had no idea where Eos was or even if she would respond well to the news, but he had to let her know. He would hate to die by the hand of his own sister this early in life.
As they came out of the command center there was a hesitation as he saw the top of a blonde head leaned rather despairingly against the wall. At that moment JD had oddly conflicting emotions. He was still hurt, still pained, but he was elated now at what possibilities the future might hold (and a wee bit scared to be honest). Eos was his anchor, or at least he would acknowledge her once again as the piece that weighted his thoughts.
Slowly he approached his sister and cleared his throat. “Hey E,” he stated softly. “Can we three speak in private?”
