I want this to be a character-driven RP story- I'm open to almost any suggestions you may have!

As this thread gets started, I'm looking for characters to enter the story and introduce themselves/interact with other characters.
Please do not make your character be the murderer during your introduction, but giving them reasonable means (which will subsequently cause other characters to doubt) is a good thing.
