Oh, so wait, who are you and who am I? I do know that I want to play the Lady, and if you don't mind, her hand-maiden too. Unless you wanted to play her. I kind of wanted to be the heroine this time. I was the hero in 'Speak of the Devil'.

That's fine. Just, can you please write in the Third-person, and not the first person? It's kind of frustrating to write in the First-Person, for me and I'd like our posts to match in narrative. ^_^ Also, I'll start the thread and make the first post. Is that okay with you?
Okay, yeah. Well, I've never done an rp quite like this, so I may be a little rusty
The hand-maiden would be the servant of the Lady he is to wed. They are betrothed, and they will be spending their summer's together, to get to know each other. They alternate between homes. One summer at her estate, then she would go to his the next summer. The hand-maiden would follow her Lady wherever and whenever she wishes it. (I say the guy should be a Lord. It will be way easier to get the result we want. A Prince is way to friggin hard to get to marry, if you are a commoner.)
I like that.. So, the hand maiden is the friend? Or the servant pretty much?
How about this... On the guys coming of age, weather he be a Lord or Prince, he is presented with his future wife. (an arranged marriage) But, instead of falling for the proper Lady, he begins to fall for his Ladies hand-maiden. A big no-no.
