I'm for certain that they might be at a higher level. But for the sake of trying to pass off as regular student. Put them at Level 1

What are the level for? Years in class? Combat and Magic Skills? Cause they are attending class with the first year students

Yep. Wasn't sure if you would understand Ling's ability though. Also in the progress making his partner character. Still haven't thought up of a good Magic ability though.
