normally I would say yes but because wolves and foxes are both part of the canine family I lean towards them just having the one form unless the wolf was a were-wolf then they would have three forms, but since Dustin is just a wolf shifter they just have the two forms being human and wolf/fox
since ther both they should be able to shift into to either form don't you think
