since for all of this monitoring to actually be possible and widely used it would have to be at least a decade or two into the future. (Unless Japan just started whipping this new tech out in a huge wave. Which is possible. I wouldn't be surprised if Japan popped out with molecular transport pads tomorrow XD but then again, I have a high opinion Japan engineering.)
So, another idea. What about the farmlands being less monitored, but that's because its placed in the future some time. So, most of the farming process is automated and humans are virtually uninvolved. Any human without clearance in such and area is placed under arrest for suspicion of attempt to commit illegal behaviors.
Oooh. I do love that whole population control, now that I remember how much of a problem it is and the government is supposed to be controlling. We make such a great team, if I may say so myself. And I do say so, because I'm awesome and I can.
Just that the goverenment would want to control the population as its one of the greatest world problems that we face. haha I just over think everything, and so do you, but we come at it from polar opposite angles. Which luckily we can recognize is helpful ^_^ instead of being stupid about it and getting into fights constantly. haha
