This subject has shown a long past of aggression and little care for his fellow man. A natural red and rather short, often teased for stunted growth. His physical capabilities are not to be underestimated. He is both agile and violent, known to come out on top in many brawls.
Suspect is confirmed to have once had his nose pierced, connect to his ear by a chain. An officer reportedly yanked it out in response to a vandalism spree. Zack broke 41 windows in an evening. Highly skilled on his skateboard he often outruns enforcers, so prepare ambushes, he never thinks that far ahead.

we have managed to pull up his psychological analysis.
The report, in summery proves the male to be a ready
to act aggressively when provoked, a devout loyalist when dedicated to a cause
and have a very warped moral code. He has very little regard for humans and
even less of any form of authority. He has always acted out against any form of
power or order. We believe this is due to a desire to run things himself, but
through lack of ability he feels that if he cannot have it, no one else can.
His behaviour stabilised over the last year or so due to his loss of two of his
closest friends. One was forced to move the other was part of an accident
involving two officers. This incident was of course removed from the records.

been attached to Triez and has often been seen as his lap dog. His past
indicated he is a potential arsonist. He has also been seen to have a death
wish, never caring for the odds, proven by the time he tried to assault a
moving car. He was in hospital for eight weeks.
