Personality
Since he was old enough to talk and walk, Whip has always been living for anothers life and throwing himself into the most "what the fuck" situations. A man who can be too blunt with such lesser beings, Whip has trouble sitting in one place without causing some sort of damage to things around him. In fact he acts like he's better than just about everyone around him, and in most cases, he's right. Causing trouble and totally destroying a person in a fight is what keeps him entertained in this different world, though he'll never pull a weapon unless he feels someones life being threatened. Anger is not something Whip feels often, it's usually replaced with excitement and pity. There are very few people he'll take orders or listen to other than his current target he's watching over. Stealing has become a habit of his, whether its food, pocket change, cigarettes, or even pointless items. 


Equipment / Abilities
Passive:

Inhuman Strength
As a Duke of a Legion, the title comes with much power, but power is nothing without the strength to back it up. A punch from Whip would be like being hit at full force by superman. In most cases he'll use 30-40% his actual strength while fighting something like a human to prevent punching holes through people.

Stone Flesh
Not literally, but pretty close to it. After years of torture as a child Whips body built up somewhat of an immunity to pain. Damage to the body will still happen and prevent him from doing certain acts, but he'll hardly feel it as it happens.

Pugilist
Whip has almost mastered the art of hand to hand combat as it allows him to get the best out of his strength. 

Abilities:

"Do you feel that?"
Whip can instantly send a chill down someones spine if he so pleases. The targeted person will soon have there body temperature drop very low and force them to be bed ridden for a few days. (Doesn't effect Red Tails or White Knights)

The Duke's Curse
Make the target hallucinate and see there biggest fear before them. This effect lasts for 24 hours (Doesn't effect Red Tails or White Knights)




History
Parents being a close friend of the Devil himself, after his father losing a bet, Whip was forced to work and do whatever the King of the Underworld asked without any question. After being beaten, tortured and treated like utter trash, Whip's ability to guard a important person/demon shinned and showed Lucifer himself what his new servant was most capable of doing. As Whip grew and grew the people he would guard became even more important than the last, and the risk of death higher than the last. After years of success, the devil rewarded him with the title of Duke and command over a entire legion and one last task that he'd do for the rest of his life. Enter the human world and watch over his spawn. Whip has been watching said child since she was old enough to talk but never revealing himself until she turned 19. Whip always has some way of contact with the daughter of the Satan so he can always be watching his most important target, even while he does the work of humans to blend in.
